Good prices good range of stock is known brands There own lines are good also Of late they have jumped on the price gouging bandwagon. One item I used to purchase has risen 48% that sort of price rise is pretty hard to equate to. That is not the only one other prices have also jumped appreciably. Their advertising lately is also deceptive. Comparing their own brands to mainstream brands. How about comparing apples against apples.

I always shop at aldi stores, they have most things needed. I only go elsewhere for refill items like herbs. Oh, and when they don't have raspberries, which has been almost a year now

Will never return after a male assistant (who ive never seen before) was so impatient with the shoppers he had two people served at the same counter at once!
I am not a slow or incapable person yet the food was almost thrown at me, cat food fell down the side of the desk, and before I had moved off he began serving someone else right next to me! I was incapable of remaining a safe distance from other shoppers, rushed and very uncomfortable. WILL NOT RETURN
For the savings the service and treatment isn't worth it.

Good store, but it's makes no sense, to continuing opening and closing check outs constantly, all Aldi stores do it and it's just frustrating hearing the announcement all the time, honestly leave them open.

I'm not really sure about instore because I had to sit in the car but it looked alright through the window.
This time I went in and was planning to buy a bag of frozen dim sims and wouldn't ya know they had everything else but not one single bag of dim sims

There prices are very reasonable and cheaper then other stores they have friendly and helpful staff very quick service and large car park highly recommended for everyone

Receipt needs to show your change amount, customer service lacking, rude to elderly and young customers and they have a surcharge for card purchases

Love shopping here good quality but couldn't make a split payment cash/card need to update there system

I have always found the service and products at Aldi top notch. The staff especially at our local Aldi more than helpful fir customers.

Typical Aldi service and prices.
They need to make sure that their special buys are available as advertised.
I drove 80kms for an item that was not available.

Pretty good range of food. The weekly specials are a bit limited in range compared to other Aldi stores.

Friendly helpful staff even when there are queues at the checkout. Store is well maintained & clean.

Busy cashiers are always trying to make you rush whilst loading your trolley after they have scanned the goods not nice

Shocking was told number 3 was operating when we got there the guy told us sorry can you please go to 2 instead so we did. But then 2 other people went to 3 and got served straight away by the same guy who told us and others to go to 2 and we had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the other staff member to get there and serve us not good enough Aldi and your service here was really good until today

Friendly faces, usually someone around if you need a hand. Cheap as always with the products they have. Easy parking

This supermarket is well stocked and well laid out with wide aisles. Is clean and tidy and cashiers are friendly and efficient.
