ALDI Highton

Not too happy with supply chain issues.if Coles etc can get the stuff Aldi appeared to have few problems getting previously not sure what the issue/s are currently

Sure it is tidy inside but outside facing the road it always looks like a tip. Please pay someone to pick up garbage and then I will delete this post.

Yeah.no thanks, nice clean store and great customer service at the check out, but that's it for me there's really not much range in groceries and definitely not that much cheaper than Coles, so I'll just stick with them at this point.

Great place great specials and only thing is you have 2 items you need to wait for the person in front who has a large trolley full. I've seen then open another checkout for others but never for me.

Service was poor. One register open, so busy, second register was called to open must have taken at least 5 mins for the worker to get there.

No greeting when being served, hello or goodbye, didn't even tell me the total of my purchase.

Buy one week groceries here but refund them 10 mins later. Why? Because unhappy with the attitude of cashier. Arrogant, rude, undereducated. The middle aged lady with glasses, shoulder hair.

Didn’t use trolley due to no coins.
Basket is full, the cashier refuses to scan as all in basket. Ok, I unpack them. Hand over the empty basket to me, ask me put it to the required site, ok. I do it, can you say thank you? I am happy to do it but mindful your attitude. You think I am idiot? I don’t know Aldi “s rules but I am not idiot need you give me a lesson.

After scan all items and payment, then say have a nice day with arrogant and rude tones. Regardless I am packing. Who are you? What’s wrong with you. I do not need you, don’t wanna tolerate you at all. I am human and you are, listen, you are not higher than me, where is your arrogance from?

Not a regular Aldi customer, fair enough. It’s my first and last come to here.

The best place to get all your food from there The people are kinde the staff are polite as well

I like this Aldi which is odd because Aldis are the same everywhere, right? Same but different. Its a good parkpark. And the check out guy who philosophically says, "And brochures exist, " as he lightly turns and waves at them is pure metaphysics in action.

Really good parking here. They always have hand sanitiser provided in the entry. Friendly staff and a great set up. Usually my go to in Geelong for Aldi.

I was in line to get air fryer.
When I got there there were nothing.
When I asked, they said they had 2 and it's all gone.
But I never saw any air fryer goes out.
Went to Newcomb and they told me exact same story and one in Torquay road.
So disappointed ALDI.

Great supermarket to shop at. Friendly customer service and great competitive prices. Love their fresh beef burgers and their soft drink range.

It has to be said - Stuart from ALDI Highton easily exceeds any expectations to be had of a register operator. Stuart is a rare kind who falls into the highest calibre of human beings, a prophet whose mere presence can cure even the most horrible of illnesses. Stuart single-handedly raises the customer experience at ALDI Highton ten-fold. Stuart would be an excellent cult leader. People would travel sizeable distances alone to be served by Stuart, for embracing his presence is rumoured to enrich the soul and restore signs of youth. This fact alone undoubtedly makes ALDI Highton the best ALDI in the world, and thus Stuart should be recognised accordingly.

I shop at Aldi a lot but always find Highton understocked. Tonight there was no spinach, which happens, but also no low fat milk. At all.

Beyond fantastic staff, very attentive, humorous and knowledgeable. 11/10 Quite efficient and low wait times, even during peak times.

Couldn't recommend them more.

This aldi store is so convenient and has everything I need cheap on prices and the staff are so friendly and very helpful I wouldn't go anywhere else very happy and satisfied with this Aldi it's a great place to shop Thankyou aldi

Love Aldi and everything this store has to offer. The staff are great and there are always great specials happening.

Very busy however staff were efficient and friendly. Customers themselves were being courteous by letting 1 or 2 item customers through in front of them.

Great spot for boxed goods but do yourself a favour and go to the Fruit Shack on Hugh Street for fruit and veg. So much better than Aldi fruit and veg.

Always great bargains here, if you get the catalogue sent to your email you can have your specials all picked out before you arrive.
