Great store and great prices. Been a loyal customer for years.
This morning, however, the new guy with painted nails (sorry didn’t get his name) was very rude to me and a few other customers in front of me. Hope he gets proper training soon

Eftpos machines never work.new staff generally clueless, alcohol rules applied based on individuals appearance.

We've been loyal customers to this store for quite some time now and usually really enjoy our trips here but very disappointed with our experience today with a staff member today (he was a young guy with painted nails). I'm not going to bother going into details but Aldi should not be hiring staff members with poor customer service like this. We felt so uncomfortable and shocked after the experience we will no longer be shopping at Aldi.

Aldi's provides another alternative to the usual supermarkets. It gives you different types of food and mostly cheaper prices. Try the ready made foods such as the special fried rice if you're short on time for dinner. RMT.

Apart from stage 4, COVID rules here in Victoria ALDI, Heidelberg West is the supermarket to shop at!

It is a great place to shop no hassle you go in get what you want and then leave
And the staff are so helpful they will help you with anything you need

I like all the aldi stores and would give 5 stars but always having to make sure I've got a coin for the trolley and then having too go all the way back to the store to return the trolley is annoying. An extra bay or 2 in the carpark would be great.

My register guy was so fast and efficient i got so much fo $75 was amazing the best friendly staff and shopping much more easier and quicker going back to Heidelberg Aldi

Nice big Aldi store. Has large area for specials. Usually has older specials as well, so if your Aldi has run out try this one for your specials. Big clean layout. Specials in the centre isle. 2 containers wide.

I love aldi I find their prices and quality of meat, cheese desserts and drinks and special sale items are all excellent I save so much money at aldi love love love it!

Nice big Aldi store. Has most lines of items available. Easy parking and easy entry exit of cars. Preston branch has lots of leftover specials so is a good place to look if you are after missed specials. Still cheapest supermarket.

Grabbed a few things ran out of food, love the Danish, my weakness. Cooked up ok in the microwave 20 minutes!
Strudel is by far the best and hard to find.
Might have to make it myself.

All Aldi stores are typical chain stores. They are all from the same mould. Therefore I cannot really make a remark on the individual store itself unless the store itself does something that is outside it's "branded policy".

Endlessly helpful and courteous staff makes shopping in Aldi a pleasure rather than the pain it is in other supermarkets.

One of the larger sized Aldi's, one of the first built in Melbourne when they originally started here. Has had a modern refit with well spaced shelving and products. Staff are friendly and mostly seem to know where items are if you can't find stuff. The car park is on the small side and entry and exit can be difficult when Bell St is extremely busy.

The refurbishment has done wonders for this place. Good selection of fresh veg and meat. It has now become my local instead of Cole's.
Update.they have the friendliest staff:) fav supermarket in the area

I do like shopping at ALDI for selected items which I'm happy to buy an off brand product and those bi-weekly special buys sometimes produce gold. My only problem with ALDI is the staff are all business and never smile and seem to avoid any interaction with customers but this is typical across all stores so it could be a corporate culture issue

A really good Aldis to visit. Access is really easy, and best of all there is plenty of parking available.
