ALDI Hampton Park

Closest supermarket that meet all my houe hold needs. Staffs are really helpful. But they the run out of stock for many items quickly. Many racks were empty when I shoped last time.

Them thinking they can trick a minor by giving the wrong amount of change. I had $10 with me. I bought a 70c item and getting $7.30 for change. Them thinking kids are dumb and don’t check change. Aldi now owes me $2. They also crunched up my change in front of me before giving it to me

Good is different

As usual Aldi. Nothing much of change. Most of the time only one check out counter opens.
Now I noticed most of there catalogue items are remains, not like those days as soon as it's comes gone.

Has good parking spaces and trolley availability. Good choice of products. Only issues are the occasional long queues.

To be honest, all staff in this Aldi are friendly
However, meat shelves are sometimes empty

Customer service is Okey, depends on the individual. Like the store. Some staff take the extra steps to help, yet again not all.

Limited items at times especially the specials or certain items have not been stocked for months and months like the bubble and squeak. Had to go to another Aldi to get them (which has plenty of stocks available).

No staff enforcing QR codes or mask wearing instore and any idiot can stroll around, mask free, potentially spreading covid to anyone else in the store. I saw three people, all in a group and two of them coughing, and none if them where wearing masks. All three went through the checkout and not a word from staff. Why even bother having compulsory mask wearing if Aldi stores are too understaffed and lazy to bother enforcing it? I won't be back.

There's a guy that works here that ruined my shopping experience. I don't want to go into details but ALDI should give them a proper customer care training. All other things are great and other employees will give you a good customer care.

Returned my airfryer after 4 months as it cracked when frying. Customer support brilliant and the cashier amazingly helpful and refund on the spot. Well done Aldi

We Don't buy much from this place. Mainly cat food But it is very disappointing as to go there and there is no can food and when you ask why there is none you can't get an answer as to what's happening

Very helpful! Very friendly staff. Had to return an item today from another store. The process was very smooth and not at all stressful. Will continue to shop here for all of my groceries.

All the range of food and home wares and specials Aldi are known for. A little difficult sometimes though getting the larger bigger ticket items to my car.

Rocking chair had been recalled due to fault
This item was 40kg and I am 51kg 5'1 and56yrs old, they refused to help me get it out of my van even after I offered to go to the loading dock

After crying at my van for a few minutes a man approached me and offered to help
Thank goodness they are still descent gentlemen in the world.
Then one of the workers came to as it, but I was already upset and stacking about the whole ordeal

Aldi is always great prices the store is always very clean products are found easily I've found that the staff are very friendly and welcoming

Clean and tidy, they have better quality beef, pork and chicken than Woolworths. Just not the range of items I need for a whole shop which is a shame.

Good place to shop, rarely busy at most times of the day. Great selection of items. Store refresh has made it look heaps better and the layout a bit more streamlined. Friendly and efficient staff man the registers.

I actually prefer coming here rather than my local Eden Rise Aldi. The Hampton Park Aldi staff are just lovely and comply with the covid regulations (which is why id prefer HP) They are stocked with everything i need.

The arrangement of items are so much better now than before. However, fresh produce are better at the back. Just for personal preference.
