ALDI Frankston reviews
36Usually always in stock of meal replacement shakes. Have been out of stock for a few weeks very disappointed.
Aldi's coffee taste good i buy to gars a fortnight it cost me $7: 50 and 2.kg 3.50 for a $11.00 dollars i think that's cheap X
The assistant who scanned our groceries was a breathe of fresh air. The first time I have ever heard anyone being welcoming at the register and providing excellent customer service at that store. It's a shame she won't last unless they find a manager who has the maturity and leadership skills to nurture, develop and encourage new staff. Unfortunately, the one you had on shift today the 22nd October (looked to be barely out of school), is not the person. May I suggest, she herself perhaps requires some leadership training herself before you allow you her to sour the attitude of the one passionate newbie staff you actually have.
So you can identify the situation I'm referring to, I was the customer who politely asked if this could be done some other time, with my head also "being bitten off". Your new staff member (tall lady with a fantastic smile and slight kiwi accent), should school your young, inexperienced, bratty sour faced manager on customer service.
Have lots of delicious affordable snacks and meals, not to mention all the handy knick knacks and quality is not a dissapointment.
Every week l bring a client here. Never any trolleys. Then today 2 open. 1 closes. 3 seconds later if that he is called to open. I could see him working in the aisle. He starts walking our way then goes back to stack the shelves. 3 calls for the register while we are standing waiting. Shouldn't the customer come first
Went shopping there on Friday night 29th April. Got served by a blonde lady with glasses in a pony tail. She was coughing and sniffling the whole time obviously wasn't feeling well. Thanks to her we got COVID. If you sick you sick STAY home whether it's covid or not! You ruined my birthday weekend holiday
Consistently low prices and top quality products makes Aldi the preferred store for almost all my grocery needs. The specials are a real pleasure to browse.
Open more registers for god sake. Usually there is only one open and that line is full of bl00dy people with packed trolleys.
Just love shopping at Aldi's. It meets all my expectations, has all what we want in store, and most of all the twice weekly specials are the best.
Whenever I'm at my local shopping centre, I never pass up an opportunity to see what Aldi has to offer. Their business model is addicting and I've fallen victim to it. Recently this store had a layout change to try and match the aesthetic appeal of its local rivals. It's looks fantastic, I think their biggest hurdle will be convincing customer's to transition to their brands, which I know my partner certainly struggles with. Watch this space!
Some things are nice and cheap but other items, well not so cheap.
Good when trying to budget.
Very affordable. What I love about this place is their specials! They actually do sell good priced specials and keeps their patrons thrilled each time. Although I find a few of their electronics not so good. Had to return two items twice, one being their vaccuum which did do a short circuit on our 2nd time of use.
Merchandise and most food items are good value for money
A fabulous place to do your, grocery shopping, the prices are, amazingly very inexpensive, & some great, Merchandise to choose from, check IT out It's well worth it,.
It's a super market no big deal you bye grocery like Coles and Woolworths some are cheaper on some items and when they are not cheaper they make up for by charging you outrageous prices
This Aldi store as been re organised and is much better to get around, easy to do shopping here
Aldi frankston has been up dated. The fresh fruit and veggie section is huge. The meat aisles are alongside the fresh food section. There prepared meal range has been enlarged. It is a good shopping experience.
Not a fan of the new store lay out. You walk in & you have to do a loop around the fruit & vege & meat section. Not a huge fan at all.
Who in Thier right mind was behind the latest design of this store! It wasn't a shopper thats for sure! There is less room to move than before and impossible to keep 1.5mt distance. Maybe more room along the checkout but everything else is more cramped, when your waiting in line you get blocked by other people moving along the isles and its frustrating.the 3 stars is because I enjoy your products but the new layout is worse than before.
Also is very much cheaper Supermarket / the Frankston Store is well organised and updated - renovated the Aisles (very good) // neat - fresh & clean
I like the new design, But its really hard to social distance and male manager is always so grumpy, all other staff are happy nice people
