ALDI Fountain Gate

The employee in the counter with the name of Deb is very rude. We shopped a lot od stuff and unloading in the counter, she asked the customer behind us to pay first. Why? Coz we are Asian? ! 11/9/23 1250

I found aldi to be an easy place to shop they always have sales on items wether they are food or clothing or other items they are not expensive send the staff are always polite.

The staff was very bright.cheerful. I liked them immediately. They were young and very hard-working. Prices were pretty good and quality of food was fine. I think the shopping center has to organize the outside trolleys as they are all mixed up and so you can't get your token back.you have to walk all the way back to Aldi"s from the parking lot which is in the mall and not close. That is probably the shopping centre's fault.

As always prices are great, and they actually had everything I needed, not like alot of other supermarkets at the moment, so yeah ALDI'S IS TOTALLY AWESOME

The staff are always nice. I don't like the shopping experience. Compared to other Aldi's this one isn't my favourite.

Most of the time they have the essentials, but the special buys are a wild guess and the section is a huge mess

Jon from Narre Warren/ Fountain Gate was so horrible to deal with, totally unprofessional! There was a spill exposed in the isle to which he decided to delegate the task to a female even though my grandmother had just almost slip over in the spill. Rather than deal with the issue himself, he deemed his iPad more important.

Bought 23 avocados and 12 medium sized cand of tuna.get to the checkout pay and then notice the aldi guys got open cuts on his hands!
I left all the products on the bench and walked out.didn't want to bother getting a refund that would mean touching the that stuff again.

Pretty much Nothing in there of interest. I eventually just wanted to buy a couple of items and then saw the incredibly long line and just put them back and left. When you have so many customers why have only 1-2 checkouts open?

You know what to expect from ALDI. This particular store always seems to have a few of the specials that sell out quickly in other of their stores

Very ignoring, you keep hearing isle 4 open, then isle 4 closed, this happen about 6 times whilst shopping, why not just leave it open.

Aldi inside Westfield Fountain ️ Gate stocks a wide range of grocery items, as well as fresh products. Store is well packed and set out with wide aisles, which makes shopping quite easy, the only issue would be to get someone to help when needed like Aldi Staff member. Apart from that great shopping experience as usual.

I was trying to use gift card but the guy he is with turban he said you can use gift card and only Case not another card (credit card) that's really silly it's horrible

ALDI always the best to do shopping groceries overall they are amazing LOVELY staff over there helpful, and you will 100% never be regretted princess always worth it to a family member.

Same as all Aldi stores. Good / Different when you don't need service, range if product AND you're a good catch at the checkout?

Bought an iced coffee maker but the lid was missing, tired of buying things with parts missing 3rd time this has happened not all from Aldi.

It’s an absolute nightmare having to shop here, it’s not the produce that absolutely annoys me, it’s the service! I’ll come in to buy 1 or 2 items and I’m stuck in a long queue for about 10 minutes, you’re always left waiting a long time! You guys NEED self serve check outs, idk where you’ll put them but if not you need all the damn registers operating.
