ALDI Cranbourne East reviews
29Very convenient location especially for people in the Hunt Club Estate. Kind staff. Good quality produce and of course very economical.
After popping into Dan Murphy's we decided to pickup a few items from this ALDI outlet and we were pleasantly surprised. Bar one item, it had everything we needed and the service at checkout was super fast and friendly. Being at the Hunt Club Village, we had no problems at all with parking.
Great Aldi and very efficient team. If the existing crew can train the new girl to the same standard, they'll be an exceptional team of staff.
Absolutely disgusted, on what Authority have they been given permission to demand to look into your private hand bag at the checkout - absolute despicable complete breach of the Privacy Act. I totally agree with checking grocery bags/ shopping bags you have in your trolley, but your personal handbag- totally beggats belief - despicable unlawful practice from a delusional grandiose uneducated check out chick. Management needs to polish up on correct lawful, legal procedures before someone takes them to court.
Be careful coming here. Check your receipt twice just in case they charge you something that you didn’t buy at all. Happen to me today, never bought mangoes? But got charge $6.49 for no reason 1kg of invisible mangoes. Trust me I use to be a Aldi lover but nope not anymore… customer service ain’t good and kinda the same price as other supermarkets. Sorry I’m taking my love else where lol
The store has got a variety, however, could be a little more organised.the check out service needs improvement, a simple “Hi” “Bye” makes a big difference and also scanning in a polite way would seem that the items are not being thrown at.we were served by a lady whose service was not really impressive and felt it could improve
Great place to check out any Nick nacks for around the house it's worth checking out different Aldi stores on the same day or week as each store has its own products if you have time, lose 1 star aldi as your website says that some stores have products when they don't & you need to update sale straight away (no longer in stock)
A suitable store for shopping. Items are well displayed on the selves and well marked. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Very spacious making movement easy. Staff are very friendly and welcoming willing to assist when needed. The customer service is awesome.
This was my favourite Aldi to shop with great staff, layout and organised until Craig left. Now terrible customer service and can never get a trolley as they don't get collected enough.
Staff needs some patience, they just scan n throw stuff towards you. It's not free, we are paying for it. Have some patience.
Great we go every wèek, , we think Craig is the BEST MAnager we have met The Hunt Club Store is the Best Aldi because of him.
Clean, well stocked, relatively quiet place to shop. Next door to a Woolworths and a fruit and vegetable shop.
Had a bad experience today at checkout with a lady asking to check my hand bag. Several customers went before me and they were not asked to. I come here often and this is the first time I have ever been asked at an Aldi. It is very rude and invasive, there is no need to invade peoples privacy. As I said, this is the first time this has happened to me and I am quite shocked. This happened at 6.21pm today. Not sure of the ladies name that served me but wish I had a name.
Hard to find staff for help, any specials the customers turn feral with lack of staff to keep order, only 2 checkouts open trying to serve at least 45 customers, what a mess
Great prices for all foods, great setup of store but can make improvements with hiring the right staff
I am a regular customer to Cranbourne east Aldi. I love the staff and customer service there. But today, there were two new staffs working named Raj and Laura.
My little toddler was complaining cant walk. I had bought so many Aldi trolley tokens and forgot to bring mine today and didnt have a gold coin on me either. Asked the staff to help me unlock a trolley for my shopping and was asked to purchase something first stay in the queue then take a gold coin as cashout for the trolley. Wasn't even polite. So rude. Sad part was, while talking to them they witnessed my toddler complaining leg pain.
When I tried to walk out, a customer in the queue waiting to pay came to me and unlocked a trolly with her gold coin. She saved the day for me.
Raj and Laura were very rude. Not gonna go back again to this branch. 1 star is for not aldo but for those 2 unpolite staffs.
I go there for grocery every Sunday, its cheaper than coles and Woolworths. Recommend to go there.
Always good shopping here, & god forbid you cant find what you need there, there's a woolies next door.
Nice sized aldi, not too busy and aldi is getting a good selection of products now, I love it when they have camping gear there, I picked up an 80 dollar camping chair with a foot rest for 30 dollars, love it
Doesn't now about customer service, for long time I bought everything from them but not anymore,
