ALDI Clyde North

This is just like any other ALDI but what differentiates them is their staff especially the store managers. They are nice and friendly.

Most pathetic customer service ever at Aldi in Clyde North.
Items always marked at wrong prices and specially specials, Then staff will argue to make you feel awful
6 times now and no way will I ever shop here.

It's great to have alternatives for shopping - especially great selection in freezer options? & these are stock items

Visited Aldi in Clyde North to pick up a few grocery items. The store is well laid out and very clean and tidy. You can always find some good deals on grocery items and their special buys. Parking is not an issue either.

Pretty stocked for a supermarket these days.
At least they had the large thickened cream unlike the Cole's l visited yesterday.
Friendly staff.

New store and and vastly bigger than other stores. An immense amount of various products on offer by either catalogue special sales or one off sales.
Ample parking and easy access form car parking areas. Friendly customer service and ample staff available restocking throughout and available to answer any enquiries. Keep an eye out for their catalogue of new products that are on special.

First time at this Aldi. Love the new smaller trolleys. Was very quiet in there which was great.

Absolutely disgraceful. I entered the store for tops 5-10 mins to return to my car with a car door mark and dint. Very obvious. I was parked directly in front of front doors and cctv was right above me. No one left details so I returned inside to be advised store manager is on break and will be back in 15. So I waited. I finally seen her return and politely requested she check cctv and advise rego number so I can take this to the police and request them to follow up and have damage repaired to car. Her response was “manager isn’t here at the moment, send an email and will follow it up”. I said is it possible to have a contact number to sms it through because you cannot contact Aldi stores directly.gave that and I sent her instantly all details surrounding incident. This was 22nd July. 3 follow up in the meantime I have now been advised by Wendy, “store manager has been advised but we cannot help you as we cannot access footage in store”. You have to go to police. This is outrageous. An incident happens and was reported and almost 2 mnths of following up this is the response. Time gets away from us. No this is an absolute lack of duty, care diligence and respect. If an incident happened like a theft or abuse to staff member of damage to the store your saying you cannot get access to footage. I will be calling head office today and making formal complaint and also police for with holding information relating to an incident that occurred on their premises. It’s all about the moral of having someone understand you cannot Jam your car door, damage it so badly and then just drive off, you cannot have an incident reported to you under your shift and just not follow this up.

Great newly opened store in new location. I never liked that staff are so quick in scanning items which cannot be packed as fast they are banging them from one side to other which is totally unacceptable they are doing their job under pressure they want to serve next person Asap. But as a customer I do not want first to pick up groceries then unload them to counter and pick up in trolley without packing up in my bag and always suggested me to pack them after payment on table provided behind. Which Happen in every store.

Great price. Just bring your own bag and make sure you bag your stuff quick enough that you don't delay the queue in the counter.

I would say customer service is the best as they have billed the same items twice in one occasion and also changed label from another item without even weighing the item. In general tye store is good and has a lot of items. Nicely arranged and reasonably good price on most items. Typically Aldi.

Met a staff by the name of Jess. She was an deputy manager. Very rude and lacked basic manners. I was unloading my items from the trolley to pay and she asked another customer to come in front of me. So I politely stated to her that "it would've been more polite to ask my permission", Jess proceeded to yell at me and claimed that I was being rude and abusing her. I didn't have a problem with this man going Infront of me as he only had 1 item, but it would've just been more respectful to ask me if he could. She was very arrogant, aggressive and overall just rude. Customer service experience was very poor. Her justification for her poor actions were "I have been working for 4 hours, and I'm tired". It's understood that we can all have long days. I also had a long 9 hour shift prior to shopping for my groceries.but this is not excuse to treat other people with such manner.

Good parking. Great staff - thanks to Jess (the assistant manager) who was genuinely kind to my child and I. We were very impressed.

Great to have another aldi to go too. I found the Eden rise aldi always wanted to check my bag and were rather hostile. I've never had that at Casey or this one. It's also nice new layout.

Shelves are very close to registers its awkward lining up and having to move as people are trying to get down the aisles to shop.

ALDI at Clyde North is a lovely new store, May 2020. Yet to find a staff member who is grumpy! They are all lovely. Parking is good, trolleys are always clean. This store is our favourite.
