ALDI Chadstone

I spent more than $100 at ALDI, I have invoice and I bought two pairs of these scissors ($3.99), and I found them very difficult to use.
When I was in the checkout line, I tried to return a pair of scissors, but the clerk told me to wait for the manager.
I waited for 15 minutes, but the manager came out and had a look and told me to keep waiting. After a while, the manager came out and, without any reason, told me straight away that I couldn't return it.
I asked if there was any reason why I could return it. I bought enough two and just returned a brand new one, which I will not use in the future. I will return it to you for resale. But he was silent, just looking at me all the time, not talking, quite boring, is no longer the scissors problem, the store manager to deal with the problem is like this?

The customer service is very poorly, the young customer in check out is very rude. He didn’t say sorry and appropriate to me when he made a mistake and let me feel disappointed. It’s really a terrible shopping experience. Won’t go to this store again.

Not enough checkouts open, hard to find products. Should not have to pay for bags. Like all the items I. The middle of the store. Staff are not that friendly.

Was very disappointed in the customer service, picked up a bottle of shampoo which was under the same name but different ml but the team member didn’t apologise as it was under the wrong price and he told me that yah there is no price for it and i was like how are customers suppose to know about the price, he said it so rudely that yah ill have to print one now.
Will never be going in there again.

Good variety of food and mostly cheaper than the main competitors. Good on you Aldi! Keep up the low prices. Friendly staff, fast service. Well stocked. They don't only sell food they sell all sorts of goodies. If you're on a budget definitely shop here.

Best place for actual fruit and veg. Somehow the majors just get plastic sitcom stuff in that looks good with no taste. Here you'll find food with flavour. Great on the hip pocket too.

Ok. Always very busy and a little under-register-staffed. Alcohol section poor selection compared to most other stores.

I really wish they'd focus entirely on groceries. The store is already small enough without half of the floorspace being wasted on random miscellaneous junk.

It's OK if you need stuff that you haven't already bought elsewhere as their range can sometimes be a bit average

Barely any stock available, no staff on ground to seek assistance! Very frustrating. Wish you could order on line! Save the hassle of visiting the store. The cashier was very happy had good customer service.

Chadstone shopping Centre expects very standard from retail outlets, and Aldi keeps the standard up.

The renovated supermarket is bright, contrasted by the black vinyl floor tiles. The isles are very wide, and definitely wheelchair friendly.

Like a typical Aldi store, there are not many staff around if you need help. However, it is always not a problem to go to the cashier to page someone to come to your rescue.

The staff do work efficiently in accordance to the foot traffic in the store, and extra check out bays are open if the customer queue gets too long.

I meet a staff holding a stock-count gadget, and ask whether he is the Duty Manager. Once confirmed, I compliment his store for cleanliness, well stocked, and the variey of items on sale.

I read some bad reviews of staff service provision. I hope the management can look into this matter, and provide more training for them

Usual visit for groceries. Great variety of items can be found here. Fruits are the other things that i like. Presentable but value. Also the special buy which attract me to buy in Aldi. The payment counter is haste as usual but can request to slow down.

I came into Aldi today to purchase a bottle of alcohol. I am 18 years old and willingly showed my id to the man at the register. I was however, refused to be sold 1 bottle of alcohol due to my sister, who did not have id on her, being with me. This is despite us clearly telling the man the alcohol is for me. Not my sister.

I purchased the SOHL Chest of 3 Draws and the matching Tall Boy, cost $149 dollars each for a total of $298. They looked great in the catalog. Don't waste your time, once they were unpacked it was clear that they were factory seconds, very poor quality. One draw had a drill hole in the front. The handles didn't fit properly and the screws pulled right through. So as you opened the draw the handles would come off (on one side of the draws), the top was bowed, the gaps were terrible, and the draws would grab and not open smoothly. Too many things to mention. A waste of 2 hours in assembly and getting them back to Aldi for a refund.

Total waste of time and money, spare yourself the pain, spend a bit extra.

ALDI is better than Woolworth and can save you around 20% of money. This ALDI shop size is big.a good place to buy your daily stuff.

Didn't find what I went to buy, but got a few other things on deals.
Aldi always have good deals available on various items, but if you something in particular, then keep watching their website for deals.

Please open more register during peak hour and EXPRESS lane if customer purchasing 6 items or less.

The updated store look and lay out looks better than the old look. The fresh veggies at the front entrance looked nice and fresh.
The special buys that change each week are down the back of the store.

Renovations are an excellent improvment to this store much eadier to get around & finding what you need is easier.
