Great staff. Pathetic management.

I have an enquiry to ask if an passenger is allowed on loading sites when doing a load that doesn't course me to lose my job

Decent place to work, despite some of the brain dead managers.
Follows the standard logistics work model of bringing in new employees, letting them work for 6 months with a promise of full time at the end of their probation and then abruptly cancelling their contract due to.whatever excuse management can coin at the time.
"Disagreements with other staff members".
"Not adhering to KPI's".
"Did not fit culture".
All very subjective, inaccurate reasons and not up for debate of course.
Usually it's a select manager with a personal grievance towards another staff member.
Highly suspected both the agency (ies) and management are aware of all of this.
If you're employeed here recently, congrats. But I'd start looking elsewhere for work before you're disappointed like myself and the 3 (and counting) hard working mates I made during my time there.

71732-S This is the registration number on one of your trucks that ran my car off the road near Tallarook hume freeway last Thursday. There was road works so I had to merge, i had my indicator on for at least 60 meters, your "steering wheel attendant" (he cant be called a driver) wouldn't let me in and ran me off the road. This idiot actually sped up so I couldn't merge. I had to come to a complete stop to avoid him taking out the side of my car. Then he slammed on the brakes in front of me further down the road for no reason. I had a children in the car you idiot. You're licence should be taken away. Fyi dashcam footage is being forwarded to police.
