I loved the entire experience. I would have just loved the cryotherapy chamber to be a little more affordable, especially considering it was only 3 minutes long.

The other services seemed to be priced fairly it was just the cryotherapy that was in my opinion very highly cost.

But I loved the energy, the atmosphere, the services and the staff were lovely. Great experience!

Cryotheraphy, followed by ATP charger, is an absolute game changer. I decided to start this treatment as I was feeling tired, I had inflammation, sore muscles, and joints. I usually do 3+ consecutive sessions per week for ultimate benefits. My body feels recharged, training quality has improved, less inflamed, sleep quality has increased, and I feel so much better in general mentally and physically. I have now joined up with a membership. The best investment on my overall health.

This place use to be my go-to for recovery. I frequently used the cryo chamber and hyperbaric chamber. However it has changed owners, and the experience is now very different. The cryo chamber no longer feels as cold as it use to, and I left feeling very underwhelmed. In the past I would shake uncontrollably the entire 3 minutes from the negative -110•c temperature, dying to get out however in my most recent visit the chamber did not feel as cold and I could have easily stayed in far longer than 3 minutes. It did not illicit the same response I have previously experienced, despite my body not being conditioned having not attended a cryo session in over 8 months. I did not leave feeling energised, like I would have in the past. Very disappointing. I’m not sure if new owners have changed the temperature to save money, or if the chamber needs to be serviced, but regardless it’s not a service I’ll be using again.

I’ve been multiple times now and it’s the best thing I’ve added to my recovery! As a very active person and trainer cryo is definitely a great recovering activity!

This place is great-their cryo heals injuries a lot faster from training. So many other health benefits such as improved immune system, weight loss, energy, mood, and decreased cortisol if you have a hectic lifestyle. It is addictive. These guys have one of the best cryotherapy places in melbourne-worth the drive in to the city. Hygienic and the freezer is run from electricity not nitrogen. Very friendly staff:).

Absolutely loved my experience here! I am super into fitness, so muscle recovery and improved performance are highly desirable and can not recommend Alchemy Cryo enough to assist with this. I did the Reboot Pod, ATP Charger and Cryotherapy, with a range of benefits including meditation, healing inflammation, muscle recovery, lymphatic drainage and more. I especially felt amazing after the Cryotherapy which is only 3 minutes and the owners were super lovely and well informed. Even if you are not a fitness fanatic, the meditative benefits will help relieve anyone with their day to day stresses. Can’t wait to come back!

Van Hoff the "Iceman" takes it to the nth degree. It's been years since I have done it but I am sick of weekly 120 degree saunas that cleanse out the toxins. This revitalises every fibre in your body be brave and reap the rewards. It even helps with not just breathing, but depression and anxiety. The trick slow deep breaths the body will thank you.

This place is literally the best. I went in so tired, heavy and sore and came out feeling light and exhilarated. I train a lot and constantly have heavy legs and sore muscles and this has totally become part of my weekly training plan because it feels so good and has me performing my best too!

After some recent injuries, A friend recommended Alchemy and now I am totally hooked. My recovery time halved: -D All the treatments are amazing in their own way but I love how my body feels after the Cryo (popsicle) chamber and the reboot.

Cryotherapy felt so cold? ?
Yet somewhat relaxing at the end when exiting the chamber. I immediately felt the anti inflammatory benefits & had a good night sleep.

Kinda regret not getting a multi pack so I could go in a second and third time for a cheaper price & to try out the other services they offer.
