I had my first ever Reiki done by Stephanie and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I didn't really know what to expect, but I felt so light and in peace after the treatment. I cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough, I felt so comfortable during the session and so good afterwards. If you are looking for a trustworthy reiki master, Stephanie is the person to go to.

Bridget is a beautiful soul with a remarkable story. I have been seeing her for reiki over the last 6 months which led me to complete Reiki Level 1 over the weekend. I see her on a regular basis because the sessions are amazing (like a really deep meditation) and the outcomes speak for themselves!

I first started receiving Reiki from Bridget when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was embracing everything modern medicine could offer, but I wanted to add on another kind of healing for myself - something safe, and complimentary to my chemo and radiation treatments. Reiki was another step I could take in a positive direction, as I rode the ride towards becoming cancer free.
Bridget is a master Reiki practitioner and for me, the benefits were palpable from the very first session - I walked in with constant soreness for days where the biopsies had been taken, and when I left the session with her, I realised that I suddenly had no pain there whatsoever.
Bridget is highly professional, very intuitive, and most knowledgeable in nutrition if insight in that area is needed.
Not only do I always feel good after every session and in the days afterward, but Bridget always gives me a little takeaway message - some feedback she received from my body. I have found this very helpful to bring focus to what I might need to work on physically, mentally or emotionally to help me help myself.
For me, most sessions bring up profound and powerful understanding.
At the very minimum, I’ve learned to relax and enjoy giving myself space and time for a good rest, in her hands, and allow the healing to occur.
