My experience with Sandra and her sound healing was absolutely beyond any words! She's so gentle, intuitive and tapped into the wisdom and I felt very safe and seen in her space. The immersion into the sound itself brought up a some stuck energy and emotions and was followed by a big release and a beautiful feeling of lightness. Sound healing was always something that fascinated me & when I had my first session with Sandra & have gone back many times since. Sandras ability to provide a safe and comfortable environment was one of the first things I noticed, how genguine and open hearted her energy was. Then throughout the sessions her unique gifts really started to show, as she began assessing each chakra & tracing misalignments. Using a combination of different resources (tuning forks, drums, toning bells etc) and her voice, I felt many things leave from my body as tho physical weights were being lifted in various areas, I also felt much peace and calm after sessions & a sense of wonder and childlike awe about the world around me which most of us forget about when we become adults. On an emotional scale, there has always been a purge that has followed after each healing which is something that I believe is a combination Sandras practical skills alongside her empathetic abilities to shift and transmute the emotional and mental burdens that keep our frequency low. Her presence is a gift in itself. Every session with her has gotten deeper and ignited internal processes that eventually come to the surface and strengthen the connection with our higher self and inner knowing. My experience with Luke and Sandra from Alchemical Health was utterly magical & purifying. We started off with a kinesiology session from luke, he made me feel so comfortable & open, gradually re-aligning my meridian points and finding where i was holding stress, tension & blocked/hidden emotions. Once we identified the source of some of my issues, luke handed me over to Sandra, where i was held in her sound sanctuary & walked through a extremely calming and tranquil guided meditation paired with her tuning forks, sound bowls, shamanic drums & soothing voice.
