I strongly suggest you do not employ Colin for a pre-purchase pest inspection. Colin carried out an inspection for us and within two months we found active termites throughout our home. Colin offered to contribute to the treatment costs however he now won't answer our calls, messages or emails. Colin, if you read this we would very much appreciate a call from you.
