Head there for the first time since is weekend and so far they are the only one I could found during my search, nice environment, clean and comfortable, not to mention friendly and helpful receptionist, and thank you doctor, for saving me from my pain.

The staff here are absolutely lovely. Came in which a stomach ache and was advised to go to hospital. Good thing too, because the situation turned out to be worse than I thought. I’m all good now though, very thankful for the advice and care.

I didn't have much experience for GP visits in Australia, and before I booked few weeks ago for Flu Vaccine, I already asked the reception how much it cost and they just told me it's a normal flu Vaccine cost like anywhere. Yes the vaccine costs the same like others but not for the consultation fees.

They charged me for standard consultation 15 mins $98 for a yes/no question from GP before doing a Flu Vax. It took 5 mins maximum in the room with the GP, where i also answered the same questions asked in the online form before I did it. Oh btw, in the item line it said "Surgery consultations level B" attached for its $98 consultation fees.

I did the vax last year in my local GP without being realized that they might charged me for consultation because bulk billed (no out of pocket fees for consult) so I didn't realize that there is always a standard consultation fees before vaccine. This time I did this in this clinic for convinient near my workplace.

So i was very shocked that there is consultation fees with that hefty price.
They knew that I am a new patient and didn't explain at all before injection that there is such an expensive fees before injection for consultation.

They even didn't explain about the fees although I already asked for it, not really transparent. Not sure whether the Admin was INTENTIONAL so I'm not cancelling or had NO CLUE at all thinking all clients knew it all which I don't believe this is the case as I already asked how much it costs and they didn't explain the consultation fers transparently over the phone.

Very Very dissapointed, I feel got Scammed!

My regular GP.from a different clinic, was on a course, my first time there. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. From the office manager Kirra, through to the MDs. Professional, courteous and more than happy to help resolve any issue. Can't speak highly enough of this practice.

I have seen Dr Scott Parsons twice at his clinic now and several times at the Royal Childrens, he is an amazing and very caring doctor/Paediatrician. Straight forward to the point and no mucking around. If you have children that have been ill without an explanation or you don't know whats wrong he is definitely the person to see.

Nice to find a place that values patient care over how quickly they can get you out the door again.

We saw Dr Parsons today for our infant child. He is an excellent Dr who put my mind at ease. He listened, was very informative, down to earth and had us leaving feeling happy, (how often does that happen at the Drs? !).
He has a very charismatic personality and I didn’t feel like we were rushed or treated as a number, he really took his time with us, and most importantly cared. I would not hesitate trusting his expertise with our infant and have already recommended him to others!

I can't thank dr. Sandra enough. She advised me competently and took my concerns seriously, and she is also incredibly emphatic. I felt very comfortable and my headaches are almost gone. She even called me again to make sure everything was OK.

I booked this practise via HotDoc and given no indication of their hefty $188 fees. I called them and found out their fees, and I wanted to cancel the appointment. The manager rudely told me that I had to pay $188 cancellation fee (even though the cancellation was less than 2 hours after the booking) ; it was my fault and she wouldn’t do anything about it.

Great practice, Doctor Parsons is very professional and very knowledgeable. Brilliant to have a GP who is trained in paediatrics!

Dr. Scott is amazing with children. He Has seen both my daughter (1yr) and son (4yr). He took time and care to diagnose and gave me great solutions for treatment that has not been suggested before. Very happy 100% recommend!
