And promises of fixing replacement of rear seal cut and damaged prior to Delivery.

Came in to check out the newest Suzuki Swift Sport. Was served by Jarrod who was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me all the information I needed and organised a test drive on the spot whilst he evaluated a possible trade-in car. Everything was so easy and stress free, I left feeling informed and with a smile on my face. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone buying a new car.
Today was my last day as their customer after getting my services done religiously for 3 years. Todays service was shockingly disappointing and I was clearly being ripped off.
My car is 5 years old with only 72,000km on the clock.
The service before this one I was told I needed 4 new tyres and my wiper blades needed replacing. I told them my I bought 4 new tyres only a few months ago so that’s not possible. They said it’s probably caused by my driving.
Today during my service I received a call from one of the blokes and said I need new wiper blades. I said no, I don’t. They’ve been replaced 3 weeks ago they’re brand new. He went awkward and silent before apologising and hanging up.
Not long after that I had one of the female receptionist call and say my car is done and I had a bulb replaced, I need new wipers and 4 new tyres.
I told her I wasn’t informed about the bulb and why was it done without consulting me first. She said she lowered the price for the bulb for me since I wasn’t consulted. I told her the history as mentioned here from my previous dealings and that I felt I am being taken advantage of and having the wool pulled over my eyes. She said I need to speak to management. No worries so I went to pick up my car and paid where she insisted I need 4 new tyres. I drove directly to a tyre mechanic shop in sunchine and the owner inspected my tyres. He was furious and upset on my behalf and said my tyres still have 20-30 thousand km left in them and it was absolutely ridiculous that Suzuki told me this. He said he hates seeing people getting ripped off. He was one enough to inspect them and have me leave free of charge. I called the Suzuki receptionist back and kindly asked to speak with the manager and she told me he isn’t around and she will ask him to call me back. She never wrote down my number or asked for it and I’m sure no one is surprised to hear that I have never received a call back.
I was also told that because my wipers weren’t the brand they used thst they aren’t as good which is why they needed replacing.
Unfortunately I will not be returning here. 3 years of being a loyal customer and it’s been ruined.
Super friendly and professional. Excellent customer service and they fixed my issue much quicker than I was expecting. Also I really liked the queueing system at the door to the service dept, works great should you arrive before open.
Appalling customer service experience. Rude staff that just want to rip you off. This dealership should be take to Consumer Affairs for their malpractice. Stay away people!
After going into get help this morning Michael from service department he fixed my spare key my Bluetooth that
wouldn't connect with my new phone and my censor I discovered I had changed from celcis t thank you fantastic service when I am ready to buy another car I will be back keep up the great work
Horrible customer service. Took the car in under warranty for a checkup as it had some issues and then they wanted to charge me a minimum fee? ! Disgraceful and broad daylight robbery! No other brand have ever done anything like this to me. NEVER AGAIN SUZUKI! Stay away.

Great service! I took my Jimny in for a recall. Rang up and got in within 4 days. And the lovely staff member there did the small recall within 2 hours. Very efficient and very impressed! Thank you.

I did put a deposit on a model to hold. Their terms says it's a full refund if you can't proceed to buy it. When I asked for a refund, I came to know what their customer service is. They won't give you a satisfactory reason aswell. Also pointing to each other saying"oh, I don't know what it is. May be my manager knows. " And no feedback and won't let you reach manager. It's a horrific way of customer service.
I am wondering what would be the situation if you happened to buy a car from Alan Mance and want to deal with them in future for an issue in the event of being unfortunate! Don't you have another another dealers in Melbourne? There are many. My advice is to think twice before you buy a car for tens of thousands.

The Suzuki team at Alan Mance went above and beyond to ensure we got our vehicle at a fair price on time and with a detailed explanation of all car features as well as a thorough explanation of all the finance options available to us. We were very happy with the customer service as we were kept up to date during the week as the car was been prepared for delivery. Thanks to David our sales guy Andre the finance man Sally the options lady and last but not least Philip Mance for looking after us as always. A great experience that now makes it 4 cars in about 6 years. I’m sure we will be back and send our friends.
