Would not recommend the new car department worst experience I've ever had buying a new car, Dreu made it the worst experience of buying a new car.

Coming to find a top of the Range Ute was hard & Shopping around different Utes and dealerships looking for the best price was draining as so many were focused on money and price straight away not asking what I actually wanted. However I can hands down admit that Alan Mance Nissan in Melton is the only Place I will go from now on for any Ute or car at this rate Especially because I had the best customer experience with Tayla as she didn't make me feel like I was Shopping but actually showed me what I wanted & worked with me from the start to the finish with no issues or faults to get my Ute. The Team down here is all customer orientated with no focus on money just making sure we get what we want. I also want to thank Ash and Karen as they also helped but I couldn't recommend this place any higher Thank you all & look forward to adding in all the extras coming year!

Tayla went above and beyond with the delivery of my pro 4x Warrior, constant updates and outstanding customer service leading up to delivery and after sales relations would 100% recommend.

We bought a demo car from Alan Mance Nissan this month and we're pleased with the way Tayla assisted and prepared (detailed properly inside and out) the vehicle for delivery to our house, since we're far from their dealership. The only negative aspect with this purchase is that it took full 2 weeks to get it transferred to my name, but not really a deal-breaker.

I trust this dealership 100%. Bought my Micra there 10 years ago, and with regular servicing, she hasn't needed much in the way of repairs. Those that were needed were done swiftly and honestly.

I will not give anymore star to your service center as i paid $300 for the first service but after the service i found the engine air filter clip was broken also the glove box filter cap was left on the floor. The complementary car wash made a lot of scratch on the car.is it people paid $300 for their service? What a joke!

Average customer service at best. The gentleman who eventually served me after waiting a considerable time at the service desk was generally disinterested in helping me. His knowledge I found lacking in attempting to answer my questions. On the upside the part I ordered for my Nissan arrived within 24 hours.
