Took my triton in to get the drive belts noise sort. Mechanic over tighten the belt which cause the power steering pump to break. Was replaced under warranty but was told not to drive the car and to get it towed in, then they refused to pay the tow truck bill.

Without a doubt the best experience and customer service I’ve ever had! From the very beginning our phone call enquiring on the car we were greeted by Kiara who was absolutely amazing, so nice, friendly, and made the experience a very memorable one.

All the way through to the test drive where she was kind enough to hang around past closing time given the trip we made up from Ballarat. The pick up day was an amazing experience and I could not wipe the smile off my face.

On delivery day Kiara and Julie presented my car to me, taught me everything there is to know, and went above and beyond. It was such an amazing experience! They were so nice, funny and personable - it made my day.

I couldn’t speak highly enough about Kiara and Julie from Alan Mance Melton and would highly recommended them to anyone considering buying a vehicle!

P.a: Kiara and Julie deserve a mega pay rise! They are awesome!

Ashley and the team at Alan Mance Mitshubishi Melton were incredible through our whole journey.
From walking into the dealership and looking at cars, regular and effective communication throughout the ordering process, to showcasing each vehicle feature when we drove it out.

Recently purchased MIT outlander LS, the service was exceptional and received car promptly as promised. Fitting of extras was done well. When picking up car, the sales team spent twenty minutes explaining all the features of operating the car and even said that if we have any questions regarding the car to ring them up.

Corinne was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Happy to answer all questions and provide comparisons between models and brands. Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable, to the point where I was able to make a decision within 3 hours to buy; when looking between local dealerships! Corinne is an asset to Alan Mance as she is really genuine when finding what features and benefits are important to the customer to ensure they can make an informed decision towards the right investment on a new car!

Booked for 10 am not touched until 10.50, booked for basic service and safety check, wasnt done properly, half of items not done properly, very disappointed after I told them I would check.

Took my car there for a service
Got car back error code on dash they told me I had to take another day off work and come back when the specialist was back from holidays took it back brake fluid was low.
Why this wasn’t check in my service who know would not recommend horrible service

Got brand new car Mitsubishi Outlander with 10 years warranty after a month I have seen small dint on the body when I was doing paint protection. They have lots of lights so I can clearly see that it’s small damage after I called them they clearly said after 1 week we can’t guarantee of the car which is seriously disappointing after giving 40k for brand new car I got damaged one and they are not even taking any responsibility.

I have serviced my Pajero Sport twice both the times customer service was excellent and there was a issue in the third row seats they fixed the problem straight away. Keep up the good work team sure I will be servicing my suv with Alan Mance Melton.

Did the biggest mistake on 1st nov 2020 booking the car with them the great lady assure i will get the car in december 2020 or end of early 2022 as i was one of the top customer who booked the outlander because i moved to melton last year i thought to book from local dealer and i found alan mance mitsubishi. No respond from them until end of jan when i went their to check for the car i got a surprise for 2022 saying i wont get the car untill end of 2022 though i explained how urgent i was in need of car. I did saw few new outlanders in melton but i dont know why they did this to me. I made a mistake trusting local dealer. Should had book with the other big dealers in melbourne and i would have driving already by now.

Very low quality customer service.if you buy after than you regret. Never give response from service centre.they shortage of staff.bla bla.my biggest mistake i bought a car from alan mance melton mitsubishi.

Called for a price on a part, was left on hold and forgotten about.
Called back and was told the parts guy had wandered off somewhere and would call me back. 2 hours later still no call.
Already organised supply and fit of required part elsewhere. Will not be using this dealer for any service in the future.

I bought a triton month ago.i Book the service and fluid change for transmission, transfer case, both diffs for my satisfaction. Book the service week earlier. On the day they told me they can't change transmission oil as they don't have oil in stock.i have to Book it for next week.
And looks like they haven't even change the oil in transfer case because I can't see oil around the drain plug. It look like it's been never open and dry around the drain plug. They charge me for it.
Not happy with the service at all.

Been here 3 times to inspect/test drive a Pajero. There is never a salesman to be found. No one in the showroom, no one on the lot? Must be hard to sell cars without salesman present.

Easy to deal with sales and finance team. Was able to do a great deal with very low interest on the day I test drove the vehicle, hassle free sales team. Would definitely recommend if you in the market for a new vehicle.
