10 2 blown motors due to the incompetence of their so called mechanics (I'd be surprised if any of them were qualified)

Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with both Julie Miller & Ashley at the Melton /Bacchus Marsh stores.
Not for many years have I dealt with 2 more knowledgeable people in their specific field. Unlike some sales people, your staff were not pushy but listened to my concerns and were able to answer any questions I had thoroughly and specifically.
Yes, the Mitsubishi Outlander was in my price range, but your staff really made the sale with their genuine care for the customers they were dealing with.
And let me just add too, I have a Mitsubishi dealership less than 5kms from my home, but chose to close the sale with your team because of these two fantastic people.

Dallas was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in sorting out a query I had relating to the fitment of an OEM accessory purchased online thru Alan Mance Footscray. Not only did Dallas identify that the part I had purchased was for another model in my series, but he arranged an exchange with the Footscray branch. He also provided me with multiple options relating to collection of the new part (collect from branch, ship to another branch or ship to home) as I live in Qld, was visiting family in the Marsh, it was Friday and I was heading home the next day. Thanks Dallas.

I had the oddest phone experience today when I rang Alan Mance at Bacchus Marsh. I live on the Mid North Coast of NSW and am buying a car privately in Victoria. I rang Alan Mance to ask if they do 'pre-sale' vehicle inspections, to which the man I was speaking to told me they are a waste of time and I should just look under the motor for any oil leaks. If there are no oil leaks then its ok. After explaining that's a bit hard to do given my location, he reluctantly said he could probably take a look at it for about $150. No mention of being able to do a RWC or anything similar. All in all it was a very unenthusiastic experience.
