Al Tanoor Iraqi Restaurant reviews
57Kebabs 10/10 very fresh and yummy definitely recommend this place plus the service was amazing
Great food, also the service was perfect treated us like we are at home everything was fresh, will definitely come back
Bread was so fresh and delicious I always come in for the bread honestly the best plus turn food was perfect also the girls were lovely
I visited this restaurant about 4 months ago and the breakfast was wonderful and the grills were excellent, but two days ago I visited the place with ten people.
The breakfast was very bad, the kebabs were sour, and the rest of the grills were not up to standard
I used to love the food at this restaurant. But recently it’s been disappointing me. I ordered and there were no side dishes, the food was cold and the service was horrible. The staff had attitude and showed no respect.
Food was ok. It used to be great. And you need to take a heater to restaurant to enjoy the food. It was freezing cold and the door was not closing properly and the food turned ice cold in few minutes.
Great service, and a terrific experience. I'd give it a ten out of ten and would absolutely recommend it.the waiters were nice and polite and very quick.
It was my first experience of Iraqi food and it was amazing! Tried Shawerma on rice.sounds just 1 dish, right? It came in 2 plates and a basket. It had Okra Stew and Pickled Veges on 1 plate, a huge plate of rice, Shawerma meat and sliced tomatoes on another and freshly baked Iraqi bread in the basket. First thought by mistake they gave me so much but I laughed when they said it's all for me.ofcourse had to pack a lot back home.all food ingredients felt super fresh and of great quality. 1 less star coz the review is from a heavily chilli eating person. Will carry some in my purse next time.
Will surely go back again to try the all day breakfast menu.
Let's just say, if you brought Gordan Ramsay here. He would shut down the entire restaurant.
Came in today and really needed some Iraqi food after living In brisbane this didn’t disappoint I’ll definitely be back this week
Best Iraqi food out there and excellent service. If you haven’t been here you’re definitely missing out. Would 100% recommend!
My husband went there constantly and introduced to our family.we all love it. The bread is great, especially if you go their noon time when it freshly baked. The meat are in good portion. We've been there twice and will go back soon!
I go to Tanoor almost every month for dinner. I love the food there. The person that makes the bread there is the superstar.i mostly go there just to enjoy the bread.
Staff are good just not very friendly nature otherwise the atmosphere there is lovely and very convenient location.
First time trying this restaurant. Disappointed, the meat is just dry and no flavour at all. Kebab was just so dry. Will not try again
The place is beautiful for fans of Iraqi and Arab hope, and next to the Roxerberg shopping center
Very good food, healthy and tasty. Although, service could have been better. But I love eating there once in a while for breakfast or lunch. They have lot of options to try. I have so far tried Lentil soup, veg kebab platters, chicken meals, tea, etc.everything was good and fulfilling. Great portion size. Value for money.
Very bad meat used in kabab.my kabab had small pieces of BONES in it. How can you ruin Kabab this way!
Not recommended we ordered kabab it comes with Iraqi smoon but they bought us labanes bread, even the food didn’t taste as good as used to?
Terrible service. I decided never to go to this restaurant again. Wanted to complain about the portion of the lamb cutlets and asked for manager. No manager was there and one of the girls called a number and spoke in their language explaining what was it about. Dude you're in Australia, you're not in Iraq LOL. They are charging in Australian value and everything else in Iraqi manner. Not a chance if you want me to feel that I'm in Iraq then charge me $10 to $20 for the whole meal. I hate it and never going back.
The food was good, the attitude and service was not.
We were made to wait for more than an hour before being served food.
The staff had long faces and actively ignoring the customers.
A few customers got lippy with the waitresses that made the experience even worse.
I don’t think that I will go back again.
