Great first experience in dealing with a legal matter. Was wonderful to have someone to verbalise the issue with, and as the matter progressed some feedback was provided on the other parties payment action. The matter was resolved prior to any formal legal engagement. Recognising the value of time and feedback, I offered to pay a fee. They advised the effort was provided pro-bono - Did not expect that! I would like to recognise the hard work and dedication we received from our lawyer over the past 4 years, Trish Chen. Trish was amazing in every way possible, we called her 4 years ago feeling hopeless and lost, she straight away jumped to action and started our case, fast forward 4 long years later, we finally received the visa we have been waiting for and the visa that has changed our lives, none of this would have been possible without Trish and her hard work.
