Contacted them about booking a course. Rang countless times and they never got back to me. Very disappointing.

Great facilities and new machinery to learn in. Very knowledgeable trainers who are always available for advice and willing to share the latest and upcoming news from the training side of the construction industry

Peter was very helpful and professional in helping me to attain my forklift licence. He is an excellent instructor.

Terrible customer service by Ali the administration assistant… I was referred to AITAC by a recent customer. (fortunately they didn’t have to deal with Ali) I have now booked with a different company who is cheaper than AITAC also…

2 day earthmoving course with Pete Vincent was sensational not only a great bloke with a great sense of humour but a veteran of the earthmoving world with great knowledge and experience took alot from his training and knowledge that he has passed on highly recommend him

I tried to book in with this company. I found them rude, insulting and completely unprofessional. AVOID!

Ian was a pleasure to deal with during the personnel and material hoist course, he has great knowledge in the construction industry and made the course interesting. Highly recommend this RTO.

Completed my Scissor lift, Elevator work platform and traffic control and was very happy with the trainers, they deliver great traning throughout the courses. Definitely recommend!

In my experience the trainer/assessor was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was only to happy to share his wealth of knowledge with students so they have the best possible chance of passing there final assessment.thanks guys.keep up the good work.

Has advertisment that they offer a cert lll in rigging that has a government subsidy. Emailed them and was told they only offer cert l, and ll. And they are full price and not offering government subsidies. It's faulse advertising.

They also are listed on Australian government website as offering a cert Ill in rigging with a government subsidy. This seems incredibly unprofessional, and untrustworthy.

Rang twice and emailed to get the dates for their Personnel and Materials Hoist course. Never heard from them. I went elsewhere, saved $150 and am now qualified.
