I installed Airstep flooring's Trendline XL Sicily range throught my home and it looked absolutely stunning compared to before. The look of the house completely changed and everyone who walked through loved the look and feel. The boards were easy to lay and they were of top quality laminate. I definitely recommend these to anyone looking to renovate or build! 5 stars from me. Also the team was wonderful handling my orders a shout out to the marketing coordinator as she insured everything went smoothly from order to pick up! Keep up the good job guys

@ THOSE 2 PEOPLE WITH THE SAME SURNAME. 'peter white has no social skills' - now that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard.

Peter White (Supposedly the sales manager for the whole of Victoria) needs to work on his customer service skills. Very abnoxious, rude and obviously lacking in social skills. Think some staff training might be in order in the form of how to deal with people. Never before have I had a sales rep hang up the phone on prospective clients. Product might be of ok quality but with staff who obviously don't enjoy or take pride in their job, I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company to anyone.

Don't contact them on a Friday afternoon. The manager Peter White is one grumpy guy with no idea about how to deal with clients. Clearly lacking in customer service and social skills and obviously has absolutely no passion for his job.

Purchased our floor boords and had a lovely experience with kind friendly staff. Our floor boards are lovey quality and feel so nice to walk on.
