Airlie Women's Clinic - Prahran

I’ve been going to Airlie clinic in Malvern for many years now. I find this practice very professional and thorough. My doctor, Dr Schwarcberg is excellent in her treatment of me as too are many of the other doctors there, that my daughters also see. I would highly recommend this place as an excellent medical clinic.

Attended both the Malvern and Prahran sites over a 3 year period, saw 3 doctors over that time, one was great the others were terrible. Won't be returning.

Reception staff: Rude and obstructive to care. I had a specialist try multiple times to contact my GP to provide urgent details too, but reception refused to pass on any messages.
Wait times: Expect your appointment to be at least 30 minutes late. My longest wait time was 50 minutes, no apologies.
Price: Set a timer when your appointment starts and monitor the time. The GP won't, and if you go over by 2 minutes they will try to charge you.
'Shared Care' service: For a 'Womens Clinic' their Shared Care services were borderline negligent. My GP appeared incredibly inexperienced and naive to the whole process. We unfortunately had an urgent complication and she did not follow up on anything or liaise with external services. We felt very uninformed and had to co-ordinate and navigate our own care during a crisis.

I saw Dr Cohen and she was excellent. I went in for a specific procedure but she took a broad approach to the consult and ended up giving thoughtful advice and input for entirely separate health matters. It was refreshing to feel genuinely listened to by a GP. Don’t let the rude and unprofessional receptionist put you off, this is a great clinic!

Dr Stiglitz is one of the most unethical Doctors I have ever come across, she has been reported to the medical board for her conduct. Stay away from this clinic at all costs for your own safety.

My doc for the last 6 years. I have moved 45 minutes away from the clinic and still use them. I havent found anywhere close to the great service I have here near me so I will continue to come here.
Service is great, the docs are professional and I have never had a bad experience.
