Cannot express how much you should avoid this clinic. I never given tests results and never called back by the doctor despite numerous attempts to get in contact. You pay a premium price for unprofessional service and an unacceptable indifference to your health and wellbeing.

One of the most appalling
experiences I have had at any clinic in the country. I was going through a very traumatic procedure, one I will never forget and this just made the whole process worse. They were unprofessional, forgetful and rude. This is the last place you want to go when seeking any kind of medical attention, in particular for something traumatic like I did.

First time patient at Airlie. Had a skin cancer check with Dr Carrie Lee. She was fantastic! Thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on how to spot skin abnormalities. Overall, an excellent experience. Dr Lee truly cares about her patients.

Its been only a month that we are in Australia and i am so glad that Dr Karen Freilich attended me. I was made extremely comfortable and she explained to me all of the situation i was in. She was very humble and polite. I would surely recommend her to anyone in need.

Also, the reception ladies and the staff were nice and friendly too!

I saw Dr Hannah Prentice at this clinic two? Years ago. She was young & probably newly qualified. She failed to pick up my Heart problems despite all the information I gave her, she just didn’t seem interested enough to ask the right questions despite the blood bank refusing my donations because of my irregular missed heart beats.
In February ‘22 I passed out and fell face first from the kerb onto the road in Lygon Street breaking my C2 vertebrae. I underwent spinal surgery at the Austin Spinal hospital, I now live with a large screw attaching my head to my neck in constant pain. Dr Hannah Prentice just couldn’t see past me asking for scripts for anti anxiety meds, that made me feel better her perception seemed to be that I was Doctor Shopping.
My Cardiologist finally diagnosed an over 90% heart blockage had been the cause of my fall.
I had an emergency open heart triple bypass on the 1st August ‘22.
The wonderful Doctor I consulted after Hannah acted immediately. She listened to me and and heard my symptoms.she saved my life.

I went this clinic yesterday as my first visit, doctor was great However, the reception stuff is not professional as well as rude and forgetful. I realised that was charged cost several time from my credit card.so I asked that over the phone but the reception stuff seemed like upset and troublesome to correct the change. I was really disappointment and intermittently consider seeking another GP.
Also the cost is too hight this Clinic than others.
After that I noticed that many patients complain about reception stuff. It's a pity that the doctor is great.

Doctors are very thorough and friendly, never had a bad experience with the doctors but a few of the receptionists are rude and dismissive when you enter

The services I received from Airlie Women’s clinic is excellent. My GP Dr Dana Yek is a great doctor, not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is so lovely to speak with at every appointment. She has also referred me to those brilliant specialists when most needed during Covid and words cannot express my thankfulness. All the office staff are great, they are friend and kind, they have always handled my phone enquiries professionally. Highly recommend!

So happy I made the switch. Definitely worth paying over bulk billing. I’ve had some average and negative experiences elsewhere and at Airlie’s womens clinic they are always so nice, polite and friendly.

Dr Belinda Minc at Airlie Women's Clinic has been my GP for 16 years now and I have the utmost respect for her and her colleagues at the practice. From the simple to the complex, the practice is great, with multiple locations, multiple services (the skin scope check I had this morning for instance was quick and simple), and really helpful staff. The new paperless referrals and scripts reflects the ongoing attention to making family medicine easier and more patient focused.

Highly recommended - Very efficient, appointments are always on time.
Well trained nurses and reception staff. Went there for my covid jab. Didn't even feel the needle go in.

Julie Cohen specifically, is a doctor with incredible medical knowledge, skill, kindness and above all she takes the time to listen and care for her patient's needs. Julie goes above and beyond in her professional role as a doctor. Highly recommended and valued.

I have been coming to this clinic for many years and cannot speak highly enough of the consistently high level of care. The Doctors here are extremely thorough, caring and compassionate. As someone who works in the medical system I am very aware of the difficulties in finding a good GP and feel extremely lucky to have found this team

As a family click staffed by female doctors - though of course men are welcome, it is one of the best there is

A very busy clinic but they always see you right on time. I have never felt rushed. They are very caring, compassionate Doctors. I am fortunate to see Dr Anna Harris who is very knowledgeable and thorough. I make the effort to drive here although it is not local as the care is excellent.
