I whipped into here together some milk for a coffee van that I run and the guy there was incredibly friendly and offered something that I've never been offered before. Said that I can return the milk that I don't use.

It was literally seamless. I ran in grab two crates of milk return one with no fuss.

I'm sure this business is loved by the local community because of this man and his team

Great job! We'll be back again

Wonderful people. Great selection of fresh produce, sweet treats, breads, meats and cheeses, and basics. They will have everything you need for breaky, lunch and tea. Also, a great selection of wine, beer and spirits. Also, Petrol!

Always been underwhelmed by customer service here, but the female brunette owner takes things to a new low. She has serious anger management issues to the point where I actually felt sorry for her. Must be something else going on behind the scenes to explain her nasty behaviour, but I will never set foot in the store again and hope they sell up so someone nicer from the community can take over. Much better to shop at Anglesea IGA, where there's much better, affordable cheaper range and staff won't verbally abuse you.

Beautiful lighthouse, wonderful views! Interesting shops nearby. Be sure to order the fish and chips. It is also worth visiting a nearby bookstore!

A great local general store. Support it. A big range of food, reads, wine and every day goods. Bread always good but get in early.

A great local general store with a surprising range of products.
Fuel is usually cheaper here too

Poorly stocked store, overpriced, and low grade customer service - their indifference and rudeness to customers is next level. The bald man who runs it is also quite strange. Avoid if you can.

Extremely rude staff. Berated 4 girls who came into store after a river swim and were walking home on foot. Will be the last time they are given a credit card to buy $80 worth goods to feed a large family who live in the area. Would be nice to see a young local employed in the store rather than the cynical battleaxes ripping off tourists and locals.

Good general store for a small town. The staff I spoke to were helpful & pleasant. It did have somewhat higher prices than the bigger chain supermarkets.

Most other places on the surf coast, from Geelong to Lorne understand their towns are thriving tourist hubs. The local economy is built on this industry. The Aireys General Store is not an exception to this. Tourists quite literally put food on their table. The staff however, always seem so disgruntled to serve people that they do not know personally. Criminally overpriced and poor customer service. 2 Stars for selling Irewarra bread (which they do not make).

Great general store in a small coastal town in Sth West Victoria. They have just about everything you need.

Friendly owners but some of the staff can be extremely rude. Also extremely overpriced and takes advantage that the next shop for bread is the next town. Pay $8.10 for a loaf of bread during lockdown and can't go anywhere!
