Service technician come and said he would provide a quote. Never received. Business must be booming. AVOID

The team at Airconditioning & Electrical Services were really professional and worked well together. They did a great job installing a replacement Evaporative Cooler for us. I would highly recommend their services.

Prompt visit and service call, but trying to get them back for a general repair has been fruitless. Multiple calls to get them back out has led to a dead end. Originally went by the reviews but unfortunately I haven't had the same service. Disappointed.

They came out to my property initially for AC service and I was told that there is a gas leak that needs to be fixed. I was charged $250 call out and was sent a quote of another $826 + GST to fix the issue. I have been requesting a follow up visit since then and they have given every excuse one can think of. (its borderline funny now)
1. Cant send anyone since we are close to the Christmas and new year shutdown.
2. (in the new year) Office Admin isn't back and my job will be booked once she comes back.
3. (On Admins return) we have staff shortage
4. (after another week) The Admin is out due to covid
5. (after another week admin returns) we have staff shortage
6. (after another week) The instrument required to fix my AC is missing a part which needs ordering.
7. (after another week) the part is here but we have staff shortage.

On Insisting that i need my issue fixed urgently, they told that they CANT provide me any date or time and recommended that i go to some other company. Ironically, I was also told that they are attending some urgent call from their 'long term customers. '

To summarise, they sent someone to my property in early december for 40 mins, charged me $250 for telling me that something is wrong with my AC and now will not fix it. They declined to refund this and have been adamant on not providing any further appointment to fix it.

What was supposed to be a straightforward servicing of evap coolers and heater ended up costing us more and when asked for explanation was treated poorly and very unprofessional! Be sure to double check pricing before confirming job.

Brought two Fujitsu split system units and they offered the best prices I was able to find. Brett and the business was very professional and awesomely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy an aircon or looking for professional installers.

After being let down by two Air-conditioning businesses in the Boronia area, Aircon & Electrical were great. The first person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgable and assisted with arrangements to help my 80 year old mother to get a new heater. The Tradesman that called to confirm the time, date and unit model was also fantastic. Both were very polite and helpful to a customer that knew nothing about Ducted Heating Units. I will definitely be recommending and taking my business to them in the future

What can I say that hasn't been said.
Brett is a pro, great to deal with, quality products, great advice. Very happy I decided to use them to supply my air conditioning.
Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Nov 2018 Recently had brett quote and install aircon in daughters flat had to run extra power from main house did really safely and efficiently, ryan and tom on site.great job.oct 2019 Had to get old wiring removed and new cable in main house and powerpoints redone brett organised ryan and tom they did a top job under difficult conditions as house is old.great job again good rates.july 2020
rang AE explained no power for heating and no power for daughters dwelling, kim got back to me quickly and gave time when BRETT would arrive, he fixed problem in no time made it safe all good great work.cheers will continue to use there service great rates

Same feedback as every other review. Great service and I wouldn't look anywhere else for airconditioning needs. 5 stars! I found Brett and his team to be a pleasure to deal with; responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and professional.
They installed a Fujistu multi-head air con system in one of my properties and a Brivis Evap cooler in another.
The price was very competitive, the installations were completed on time (ahead in the air con install) with no fuss.
The site was left clean and tidy.
I would certainly recommend them.

Purchased a 2.5kw split and had it installed by AES. Andrew was quick and punctual to quote. Ryan came on time to do the installation and was very professional and did a fantastic job. The indoor and outdoor units were mounted very well and he cleaned up afterwards as well.

I'd recommend this company for A/C split installations and will definitely be a return customer for some more installations in future.

13/03/2020 Update: I can now comment on the post installation support received from AES. My split system had an issue discovered the day after installation which happened to be a weekend. I emailed the company not expecting a response until the next business day but was surprised to get a response straight away letting me know they will come around on the next business day to have a look.

While we could not get the fault to happen on the spot while they were here, the advised to let them know if it happens again and they'll send someone out to do further diagnosis and actions. The problem happened again and they came a couple of days later and did some preventative measures which appear to have fixed the problem.

The problem wasn't related with the installation and I really have to commend AES for their work ethic and professionalism. It really pays to go with a reputable installer like AES (even though their fees are comparable to everyone else anyway). Great work AES!

The staff are amazing to deal with right from my first phone call with an issue, all the way through to the follow up communication after the service - I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of each of the staff members I dealt with. I highly recommend this business!

I don’t ever really post, so for me to do this, then it’s an amazing job done at an unbelievable low cost.
I shopped around so many places and Brett just smashed the competition. The Fujitsu unit that has only been released in the past 2 months, was heaps cheaper than any where else. And I mean heaps.

I just wanted to add, he’s just such a good trustworthy guy. His factory was just super organised and clean. To a guy like me, the most negative person around (yep have to work on that issue) I was extremely impressed.
