Freshly renovated lounge. Very good space and has “indirect” access to the gates.
Same theme as other Air New Zealand lounges.
Food and drinks are standard for Air NZ lounge.
Gender neutral bathrooms (with shower facilities).

It's an ok lounge, would expect better for business class passengers. Generic buffet and drinks.

Excellent lounge. Definitely open, at least when there are star alliance flights. Nice buffet, bright ambience, showers, lots of power points, very helpful staff.

Nice and clean lounge. Lovely staff. The buffet is not self service any more due to covid but it was good to see it was still open.

Stuck here after an Air PNG flight got us in late from Moresby and I can say there are much worse places to be for 5 hours! Good food, especially veg and the desert scones are fantastic. Want a drink - they have it. TVs- they are there. Kids play area? Yep. Showers? Got it. Staff are very friendly and happy to help you. There is a printer too for those tricky print jobs. Recommend it? Yes I do. Very airy and relaxing.

By far the best customer service I have experienced! I booked through a 3rd party but subsequently AirNZ made flight alterations which ruined my holiday plans. The 3rd party travel site offered me a "take it or leave it" option, as per their T&Cs. If I took it then I would have to alter my entire holiday. If I left it, I would have to rebook and pay extra for the difference in new flight tickets. AirNZ customer service worked through this, picked up the slack of the 3rd party, and sorted me out. Holiday is back on track.

Nice airport, great service. Parts can be a bit confusing in comparison to some airports, that is for first time and less frequent travellers. Overall great airport and manageable size.

In a lounge what I'm typically looking for are lots PowerPoints to charge my stuff and relax. Really nice staff though the food choices were a tad simple.

Pretty good lounge - never too full. Great for all Star Alliance Gold travelers. Far superior to US lounges!

Standard Air NZ lunge. The consistency of their lounges are quite nice and it's a great spot to wind down before a long flight. Food isn't bad either:)

Really odd tv room with the screen at the end of a corridor of seats. More of an art installation than a functional viewing area. Great barrista coffee, and well designed workstation area.

This is first time I flew air NZ business class. The lounge design and ambience are nice, but there is very little selection on food and nibbles. I arrived at 10: 30am, the only hot food available is lentil soup, no hot breakfast. The pastries are not inviting, scones are cold. Alcohol selection is also limited. 3 choices of juices, compared to other lounges I visited where they have freshly squeezed juice made to order with fruits and veg of your choice.

The business class seat is also below average. Although I must add the air steward and stewardess gave fantastic service.

We had access to the lounge having flown business class, barely had any room to sit, very crowded. Toilets in economy were less crowded.

Clean and well kept lounge, food choices are simple. No menu to order from but nice fresh sandwiches and cheeses. If you are a drinker there is a plethora of beverages to choose from. If not, a barista will make you a coffee through their ipad ordering system (no queues) plenty of cakes and pastries also. Much better and quieter than the Qantas lounge, but not comparable to any Arab airlines.

We were in the lounge for breakfast. Plenty of room and a great buffet breakfast was available. Ordering coffee from the app was a breeze.
As always, very clean and everything you may need to freshen up if you have had an early start.
Well worth the club membership.

BY FAR, one of the best airline/airport lounges I've been too. This lounge is huge, with tons of privacy. There's multiple bar/drink locations along with a main food location. The showers are very nice and there's plenty of shower rooms.

Very nice space, comfortable chairs and nicely appointed showers. Food is tasty with a nice presentation. Great selection of beverages, alcohol/non alcohol. Excellent customer service in a very clean environment.

Melbourne Lounge upgrade a plus but large coffee counter that’s front and Centre when you enter CLOSED! 100+ pax in lounge for 6pm flight to Wellington et al and told they don’t have a Barista on from mid afternoon! What’s the point?
