Honest, helpful, and reliable. My split system wasn't producing cool air, and they spared their time to talk to me on the phone to troubleshoot it without a charge. They also gave me a few pieces of advice on using the manufacturer warranty if I face other issues in the future. I'm very grateful and much appreciated.

We contacted Air Fusion twice to arrange a service of our Evaporative Cooler, once online and once face to face. On both occasions they failed to follow through with the service.

Aaron from Air Fusion was a great source of advice and options and the price quoted was better than most. While finalising the purchase and installation of our new split-cycle systems to replace our old gas ducted system our old heater broke down and a cold Melbourne winter with no heating turned our house into an igloo. When we negotiated the installation with Aaron and Katrina, they went out of their way to obtain the systems and have them installed ASAP. The customer service and responsiveness was terrific, and I would definitely use Air Fusion Eltham again. No upselling or exploiting our situation, in fact quite the opposite

I have never had air-conditioning in a home before so I really didn't know what to do, but Peter and the rest of the team at Air Fusion made the whole process seamless and and the were very informative in what system suited our home. The people that came out to install were quick and polite and courteous with me working from home at the time. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

From the initial contact and consultation visit by Peter, through the various stages of the installation Peter and his team were very efficient and gave excellent advice and assistance with the various choices. When it looked like the installation had impacted the NBN they came back and were very helpful in solving a problem they did not cause. One important point was the removal and wall repair for the old AC, it was done expertly and with no left over hassles for us.

I highly recommend the Air Fusion team -from the initial advice and quote provided by Peter to the professional, reliable and respectful team that installed 3 new split systems in half a day! Their work was without fault, taking the time to remove all rubbish, leaving my house perfectly clean and tidy. They also explained the operation of each unit and set up the remotes for me. It is rare to find such customer service excellence these days - thank you so much Air Fusion!

Visited their business office and the lady behind the counter was very rude and wasn’t interested in helping. She’s giving a poor first impression to their clients. She has no problem solving skills whatsoever and was highly stressed in her job. I didn’t want to reply in same manner to her so I just said thanks and walked off.

They are experts in whatever they do - whether it be deciding the best AC's - where and how; handling the admin and solar paperwork; or installing the systems and tidying up afterwards. Air Fusion helped us select, size, purchase, install and commission two split system, reverse cycle air conditioners. They were selected from the new Daikin Alira X range.

The installation team achieved an excellent result and left us with a clean and tidy house. They installed a condensate drain down inside an internal wall, carefully avoiding a sliding door in its cavity. They went out of their way to keep our indoor cat indoors.

Air Fusion then worked with Daikin and helped us investigate and resolve an initial temperature offset issue. Their professional, and analytical approach identified a peculiarity of the Alira X and then implemented a simple solution that may be of benefit to future Alira X users.
