I’ve ordered from them online for several years and it has always been a positive experience. Recently an item I use was discontinued and they went above and beyond for me to help to locate some remaining stock and make it available for purchase. I can’t imagine the amount of time and effort they put into the search to make this possible for me, and I’m so grateful they made it happen. Amazing customer service!

Excellent care and highly professional staff at AMS Pharmacy. As a local practitioner, the pharmacists there, in particular Ahmed are always a phone call away to discuss any prescriptions or medication queries whatsoever. Great local chemist!

Whenever I have had questions regarding a particular product in the past, the pharmacist has always responded to me promptly addressing my chief concerns. I don't usually leave reviews, so when I do, they are much deserved. Thank you for the professional services you provide for the community/world. On a side note, the new website is also extremely user friendly and visually appealing.

Excellent and personalised service, with very friendly staff who go above and beyond to assist with every enquiry.
The pharmacist takes time out to
review medications, explain dosages, and even contact the prescribing practitioner if in doubt. Duty of care is high here, and in particular the care and attitude of the pharmacist, makes the biggest difference.

The owner and staff are fantastic; always greet you with a smile on their face and very quick to process prescriptions. The owner in particular is polite, knowledgeable and regularly goes above and beyond. My grandmother is a regular at AMS, and on the odd occasion when they're out of her medications, he organises one of his staff members to deliver them to her house once the order comes in. Their ongoing support and commitment to the community, particularly the elderly, is exceptional. Can't speak highly enough of this place.

My personal experience has always been a pleasant one. Pharmacy staff are polite and friendly and professional. The service is very efficient with very little waiting time if any when picking up prescriptions. They always have a range of everyday products on sale, helps when budgeting. They offer a range of services including diabetes as well as additional products like wheel chairs and walkers. Open 7 days a week is a major benefit. Located in small group of shops which is very convenient as other pharmacys are a fair distance away. Ample parking the majority of the time. Disability, wheel chair access. Air conditioning. Usually have a relaxing essential oil vaporiser going so it's also beneficial to relaxation.
