Very good tutor, one of the best and has helped me stay on top of my grades. Is amazing as a teacher and has given me great guidance through important life lessons. Recommended to everyone.

Madira Sir is a very good teacher who looks after all his students and teaches them the right things the right way, without hesitation when asked to teach multiple times. A lively personality that makes the class fun and enjoyable, while at the same time being taught very well!

Went here for about a year, can only say positive things about my experience at Aims High Academy.
Many reviews attacking Madira's teaching style tend to miss the fact that this teaching style actually engages the students and helps turn the content into long term memory. I still associate the quotient rule with Madira's funny story about his legs. If you are unable to understand the humour, I feel sorry for you.

Aims High Academy establishes the foundations for any child, regardless their current skill set to achieve high end scores. Prior coming to AHA, an A+ was nothing but a dream.fast forward months later, A+ is something achievable and accessible.

A little info about Madira, a hard working man who is clearly dedicated to his cause: to educate and ensure they have the right opportunities to succeed in VCE and Maths more generally.

His experience as a teacher allows him to understand us (student's needs) and apply effective techniques! His job isn't easier but he somehow ensure students meet their expectations and the results highlight that. THERE IS NO ARGUMENT!

Pretty sad some people are hurting his reputation with mindless comments that aren't true in any sense. He makes learning fun, using humour to boost what is a otherwise a dull experience.

Madira is an amazing teacher, helped a lot in methods over the past couple months since I started.

Sometimes late to class. Makes inappropriate jokes sometimes. Just read some of the replies to low rating reviews. Madira does not always teach in a kind manner.

This is a very atrocious place. I highly do not recommend this place for people who want to see their child or children improve! The owner of this place is very disreputable. When my child came here for a couple of classes he was very upset after class. He said that the owner so called "Madira" makes you sing in front of the class. Like come on mate? Who makes students sing in front of the class *YOU ARE MEANT TO TEACH*. Also when my child (who joined the group class late in the year) asked for help in some of the topics he has had issues with, the teacher so called "Madira" responds saying things such as "I have already done it, I am going to move on" or just simply says 3rd class things. *YOU ARE MEANT TO HELP THEM* *THAT IS WHY US PARENTS PAY THE MONEY*. Long story short, do not send your child or children to this place as it will mentally trouble them. Thanks, Dimuth

One of the worst teachers you can find out there. There are a lot reasons why he isn't a good teacher. I am not going to mention all of them but here are some of them. He doesn't know how to talk to students in a kind manner. I think he is just going for the money. The owner of this place is big headed, and when someone asks for help in class, he says "I have already taught this, I am going to move on" in an angry way. Students come to classes to improve. Even if a student gets something wrong a 100 times, a good teacher tries to get the student out of that stage. That's the reason we pay money mate. When a parent is looking for help on the first day, he doesn't approach them in a kind manner, he approaches them in a big headed way (thinking as though he is some king, clearly not with his behaviour).
I definitely don't recommend this place.

You may be a great teacher, sportsmen or a professional however humility and being respectful is something which needs to be nurtured. Of course being the best teacher around success can go quickly into some one's head. Anyway people are watching and it does not take long to fall from grace. Teaching unmatched but humility untraceable!

Best VCE Math tutor. He is the only reason I get up at 6: 30 in the morning on Saturdays, as he motivates me to push myself and achieve my goals. He keeps his classes interesting and ensures you understand everything he teaches you, and is able to know when you are struggling. Undoubtably the best math tutor, and at a very reasonable price too!

Madira Sir is not only an amazing tutor but he is also a very dedicated, caring and humble person. He always has the best intentions in mind for his students and goes that extra step to ensure that they achieve the best results. Not only does he provide a wide variety of really great resources for methods and specialist maths but he also shouts pizza and is willing to help you with anything. Classes with him are pretty full on, but he also knows how to entertain his students well to make sure that they don’t get bored. The best tutor I’ve had so far, would recommend 10/10!

Best tutor I ever had. He is not only a maths teacher but also a teacher about life. No matter what people say. He is an excellent teacher. Would recommend to absolutely anyone with no doubts.
