Look AIG are cheap. You wonder why? It’s because they cut corners completely. Lies to clients & staff a like. They have history of many investigations & name changes. They exploit staff & under pay, eventually ripping of clients.

I have updated this review since, it has come to my attention it was not your staff but the manager who manages car park D & E at the Marvel Stadium. So I have updated the review as things have improved.

Your staff need to learn to have some decency and respect for the owners of Lacrosse and M Docklands. They block off our loading and drop-off zone. Tell our delivery drivers not come to the loading zone. Laugh at women trying to park within the area. Have no respect for residence. This is got to stop! And your management needs to respect the residence near Marvel stadium. We will be reporting these to Melbourne, City Council and Marvel stadium.

Hi AIG team, I would like to say a big thank you to Gaurav Verma on behalf of CoHealth Flemington team. Gaurav Verma is very professional, cooperative and have a can do attitude. Gaurav is very vigilant and protective and handling all the tough customers in a very polite and professional manner. It would be great if the AIG security guards at Marvel Stadium knew the difference between glass and plastic. They were adamant that a plastic bottle was "glass", and didn't have the decency to apologise when a colleague corrected them. Also, the guards who scan us with detectors rarely seem capable of saying 'hello', 'please' and 'thank you'. Are they purposefully trained to be so miserable?

The worst security company do not employ them under any circumstances totally incompetent.

We've been with AIG for the fast five or so years and its been an absolute pleasure working with them. All the security guards we come across are very nice and friendly and are always on time so its so easy for us not to worry about the security side of the business. Would definitely recommend.

Eli and the team are super friendly! Our alarms are monitored 24/7 and their response times are very quick if the alarm is triggered. Looking forward to getting patrol offices for our construction site in the coming months.
