What a refreshing lawyer's office! Not at all what I had expected. Many years of experience combined with the zeal of a younger solicitor gave me the "peace of mind" that is their motto. People may find this hard to believe, but A. I. F. Lucas & Co.were actually giving me advice that would cut their profits considerably, simply because they felt it would be to my advantage to take a different course of action. More like friends than agents. Integrity, which is rare anywhere these days, seemed to be the overall spirit of the place.
