I joined AIA over a year ago and today I went to use my membership for the first time, but unfortuntely due to a faulty card I was unable to. They are aware of the faulty cards. They do not have an APP and nothing to fall back on if your card does not work.

Finally - an awesome health insurance company who gives back to their customers. Sign-up was super smooth with Sam M.and the bonus incentives offered are unmatched. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to swap over their policies.
