Marita was my very first experience with reiki. Because of living in different states we did zoom sessions, I had originally thought this may be harder or that I wouldn’t get the best results from the session. Boy was I wrong! Within the comfort of my own room, From the beginning of the session Marita’s caring demeanor put me at ease, and explained everything to me and how it works and how the session would go.

The reiki healing itself was so effective & so many emotions I was holding onto which was causing many aches & pain in my body have been shifted and I had a huge emotional release. She has given me great advice on what to do after the session to maximize its benefits & to continue my healing.

I am a busy mum, running a 7 days a week business, & completing house Reno’s & have no time for myself, so making the time for this is something I’ll never regret.
