2 I have known Ian for over eleven years.
Ian's knowledge and skills are varied from all forms of gardening, maintenance and creative design, to other repairs around our home and property.
He is a good communicator with innovative suggestions in solving a problem - such as improving a garden area for safer access, or securing a fence and gate for the family dog.
I can thoroughly recommend this genuine 'handy bloke' as a hard working, reliable and all round pleasant person for any work required.

Over the past 5 years, I have found Ian, owner of 'A Handy Bloke' to be reliable, easy to get on with and very knowledgeable. Our garden is kept in great condition and is often remarked upon by neighbours as to being 'the nicest in the street'. Ian also notices many things that need upkeep such as restringing the clothes line, shutting down evaporative cooling ducts over winter to save on heating, and offering to come over to open them as soon as the hotter days begin. He has also fixed door handles, taps, sticking windows, repainted window frames and many other small jobs that other handymen would not bother with, but create difficulties for a Non Handy Woman like myself. I can't recommend 'A Handy Bloke' highly enough. Thank you Ian!
