As a purchaser, dealing with agents can be nerve wracking, but Nathan was friendly, professional and always accessible. Good knowledge of local area, and quick to respond to any queries. Kept in touch regularly through the contract signing and helped sort out any issues that arose.

I can’t speak highly enough of Rob and Nathan, both very professional and knowledgeable, as first time sellers, communication is important and they did not disappoint, they were very informative and had all the answers to my never ending questions, They made our selling process easy and got us a great result. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was happy to pay break lease fees and did. Under Victorian legislation if a landlord agrees to a break lease for medical reasons the notice is 2wks. Agents are not supposed to charge advertising fees as a set price and show receipts. You held the property for a month vacant until the owner decided to sell. The property is now for sale and you took 1 months rent from notice time. All against a tenants fair right to treatment. The client in this case was legally blind. You also made communication impossible for her and left her with a broken fence and heaters that were not cleaned or services. Issues were raised. Question about taking a months rent and not refunding the rest were ignored. There were also no readvertising fees as the landlord did not re lease which leaves your response factually incorrect. Emails were also very passive aggressive. The owner kept showing up for repairs without any notice on timings also.
