Age Right

From our first contact with Age Right in Malvern East, we had a most positive experience. Everyone was so welcoming, caring, and understanding of the challenges that aging brings not only to their client but also to the carers involved. They are always looking for ways to improve the quality of life for their patients and programs such as memory courses, class physio lessons have not only aided my Mum through strengthening both mind and body but have provided her wonderful opportunities to connect with others going through similar aged related challenges. Age Right is a real family atmosphere where everyone is welcomed by name and with a smile (sometimes a cuppa) and always treated with utmost respect and a common intent to maximise the quality of life for their clients and those who support them.
The team at Age Right is a very crucial cog in my mother’s support team. Thank you for your genuine care and concern it is appreciated more than words can express.

Dr Zinsaz is very knowledgable, but his manner wasn't great. On our second visit he was oddly defensive when my mum spoke of her chronic pain. It did not set up a good experience for mum to feel comfortable talking to him or taking his advice. He wanted to know if she had any falls so we tried to explain it but he didn't let us finish telling him about her broken ribs. He was weirdly defensive. He even laughed when mum explained why she doesn't want to do water aerobics. Water aerobics isn't for everyone. Especially someone who can't drive themselves to the pool. His manner in the second visit was completely unhelpful. He might be knowledgable but, for us, not worth dealing with.
