I totally agree with John - a very unprofessional operation. They took my parents money for 10 years and my mother went into a nursing home and my father was left with a 10k interest bill because they failed to explain how the RAD worked and submit all the paperwork to Centrelink. Avoid this mob and pay the extra for a financial planner - it will save you in the long term.

We have been to see Stuart a couple of times in preparation to retirement. He is a very helpful wise man that always knows the best way around things. I would recommend him if you need advice of this kind.

Always helpful, staff very accommodating and know what they are doing. Makes dealing with Centrelink so much easier, they do all the heavy lifting for you.

They have to seriously look at how they operate. Stuart is a strange one.
It took over six months for me to get on the pension. I felt like I had done all the work. I kept going to Centrelink and waiting in queues. I kept going everywhere to get copies of things that Centrelink told me i needed (Not APSolutions), I got the pension through by myself. They did not help me. I paid $500 for nothing. Stuart is a charmer. Then he didnt want anything to do with me. I waited weeks between emails, that is why I went to Centrelink by myself.it is supposed to be a none stressful time. It was a very stressful time. They should be put out of business. Or change their name to "No Solutions' I got their name off 3AW Advertising. Never again. Carmel Bolt

Could not be happier with the service provided by Stuart. Took the stress and hassle out of the maze. Well worth the fee on that alone but if we get our payments one week earlier than if we struggled with the application, the fee is almost covered. Peter & Marilyn

Based upon our experience of almost four years, we can recommend APS without reserve. Good service at a reasonable price. Worth the money to avoid having to deal with centrelink.

Being not entirely sure if I could get a pension or part thereof I greedily made an appointment, l was in and out in less than 5 mins to be told no way. With the $260 bill already sitting on the table handed to me on the way out as quick as that. What Solution!

I used these guys from day 1 to set up my Centrelink Account. That was 8 years ago. Since that time I have NEVER been to Centrelink as Stewart & Russell quickly resolved every issue that came up and it was FREE. They did not charge me a single cent other than the annual fee. For me, it's been worth every dollar spent to avoid the NIGHTMARE of Centrelink. I always recommend them to my family and friends. Tony Thomas

People who have criticism with this Company are themselves the root self cause of the problem. I have known many people who have used their professional services and they are excellent at what they do for the "Retired" people in society.

They have looked after us for five years, and through some really terrible times.

Poor / below average/ waste of money and grossly disappointed in their lack of interest and follow up! We sorted our own problems after going to Centrelink! Would not recommend this company!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. My wife and I successfully sued Age Pension Solutions at VCAT yesterday, we being fully awarded our claim, plus costs, the respondent, Stuart Bell, did not even bother to turn up or send anyone to represent him. We dealt with Stuart and Cathy Hollis, they being glibly smug liars. This company will cheat and lie, do anything to drill money from you. If you have any concerns about your Centrelink pension, we discovered that it's better to go to one's Centrelink office to talk to the staff.
