Geoff, helped guide us to the right heat pump and also replace our old galvanised plumbing.
They were very knowledgeable and spent the time explaining the new energy efficient heat pump and also did the rebate work to save us money!

He came over to check a gas leak, he couldnt identify the gas leak did something to the hot water system said l need a new hot water system for 2k. When l had it fixed by another plumber for $300 all he did was put a new themostat in. He took $50 off my Mum who is a pensioner for the call out which was never mentioned. He was there 5 minutes couldnt idenify the leak the problem got much worse and since ive had some other gas plumbers in to fix the problem. He also said he'd return the $50 to my Mum but lied and never did so. I would strongly recomend to think long and hard before employing this guy, the other guys who were great and fixed all the leaks found the problem in 5 seconds and fixed it all.

Geof was punctual and helpful. Obtained a reconditioned part which he fitted within a week. Very reasonable price and saving us the exorbitant cost of a new heater.

Geoff came out to service my 15 year old central heating unit. He clearly explained what was wrong with it and showed me the problem, emphasising how unsafe it was and showed how the carbon monoxide was going into our home. Geoff replaced it quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price. He also took the old one away. I would not hesitate in recommending Geoff.
