Aftershock did an amazing job of dealing with my order. I really like the configurator tool they provide on their website. The customer service was second to none. Shoutout to Neel who helped me with my queries and requests. He was very friendly and provided options for me. When the delivery was made the computer was well packaged and protected. The build quality was excellent, and I could tell much care was taken with cable routing and installation of components. Thank you Aftershock:)

Where to begin. I brought my first pc just yesterday and it was an amazing experience, they were super helpful and they walked me through every step and weren’t pushing me to buy the most expensive. Overall the pc runs perfectly and I am very happy with the aftershock staff. Highly recommend!

They built my first PC in 2020 and are presently building a second. Can't rate them highly enough.

Their service is fantastic, the quality of works is outstanding and the customer service and particularly any warranty issues or minor upgrades I wanted to do after has just been seamless and extremely above and beyond helpful.

Just ordered my first custom rig from Aftershock, and the customer service was phenomenal. I did a bunch of research across a few different sites, and tried a few builds across all of them. After deciding I wanted to go with Aftershock, Neel was super helpful in helping me match the parts I wanted and optimise my build. After ordering, Can gave me a call to answer any questions I might have and immediately reassured me about the shipping process and how my PC would get to me safely. Super impressed with the team here, and really excited to get my PC!

I purchased a new PC and monitor through Aftershock. Had a few issues but their customer service was the best customer service I have ever received. Nothing a problem and extremely quick response times. Cant recommend them enough. Need a new PC or monitor, these guys are A+

Had a great experience with Aftershock. I originally had an issue with a couple of components, but their customer service quickly resolved the issue. This included follow up phone calls and email correspondence to ensure that the issue was resolved. Kathy was particularly helpful - so a shout out to her tenacity and personable approach!

I wouldn't hesitate to buy a PC from them again. What I purchased would have been difficult to beat on price, even if I built it myself.

Bought my first proper gaming PC here on Boxing Day and it’s been running like a dream so far.

There were a couple of issues during the ordering process but I cannot thank the staff enough with how helpful they were sorting it out over the phone.

The website made it very easy to compare machines even for someone with no PC building experience like me and I also appreciated the quick run down at the showroom they gave me when I went to pick it up.

Now all my friends who were having PC problems are looking to make the switch to Aftershock and I can’t recommend it to them enough.

Very good pc shop, came to repair my old 3090 which had been bugged after plugging it in to the monitor, resulted it in going black. Upgraded to a 4090 with a watercooler and it is looking really good: D

I usually have spent my years gaming just putting together cheap budget PC's, dealing with constant parts like PSU and gpu saying bye bye. I finally put the money aside to get something decent.

Heard from a few family members and friends about Aftershock. So over Christmas break I ordered a Flow - Pro. And boy did I make a good choice.

After my constant emails back and forth with questions about the build. I give credit to all the legends in the sales department for putting up with me.

And equal HUGE thanks to wonderful builder who was tasked with my job. Thank you so much.

This beast of a pc is an absolute blast to play.
I'm sure she will do me well for the next few years. Until then I'll happily organise a few little upgrades once the wallet permits

I haven't received my PC yet, so I won't comment on the quality of the build just yet.
But just wanted to give a shout out to the amazing people that have been assisting me with my custom build. They have been awesome & answered all my dumb questions. I love that they keep you updated with how your build is going.

Purchased my amazing looking custom white build. You could really tell how well they did their best to customise it as unique as it was to the budget you have. And it truly exceeds all expectations! The communication was on par. Right from start to finish and postage. I only ran into one issue which was due to transport but warranty covered it fully and I had exceptional help from Tamara in the support team. She made my item a priority and I was able to get it back on a 2 week turn around. Thanks for the great work Tamara and Aftershock. Consider these guys if you want to achieve that dream PC.

I bought a Vault Mesh mini ITX at the end of 2022 and it arrived quickly. The build was excellent with no compromises and I was super pleased. However, when I went to instal a new Samsung 990 Pro SSD, I discovered that machine was running at PCIe Gen3 and not Gen4 as it was supposed to. Aftershock PC Support quickly identified that a wrong Riser cable was installed and payed for a courier to pick up the machine from me and swap out the part at no cost to me. There were a few complications with the return courier stuffing up but Tamara at support was super helpful every step of the way. I now have my machine back and thoroughly enjoying it. I can't recommend Aftershock enough. Not only are they the best PC builders in Australia, but they have exceptional customer support.

Excellent service, excellent team and I couldn’t be happier! Ordered my pc on the Boxing Day sale and even though they were inundated they still found the time to give me a ring with any pertinent questions or updates. My advice to anyone is to just have patience and the team will look after you, trust in them. Many thanks to the guys and gals at aftershock!

Just bought a pre-built pc and my god, the workmanship that has gone into it is top quality! The guys at the front desk are nothing but helpful! Best experience spending money I have ever had and if you are thinking of buying off these guys, 100% do it, they are helpful and friendly, answered every question I had and was a very good experience 11/10…
