Afiouni Lebanese Sweets and Pastries reviews
30The man who served me the coffee was such a positive great role model representing the community. Allahuma Barik
Go to place. The only place that has Sydney level Lebanese sweets. Not stingy at all, most places in Melbourne are very stingy. This place is really good.
Absolutely love the superb quality and authenticity of these Lebanese sweets. The warmth, attention to detail and generosity of the staff is exceptional and the ambiance, aesthetic and cleanliness of the store is stunning! Afiouni has instantly become a beloved favourite of ours.
Best sweets in Melbourne. Beautiful shop and great hard-working workers always smiling. Highly recommend there Sahleb
Amazing Lebanese pastry shop with a very reputable pastry chef. By far, it is one of the most traditional pastry shops in Australia.
Coffee and service 10/10, very kid friendly and well priced. Very hard to find a cafe that has all of these qualities.
I got Kaake Kenefe there.
Ohhh, it's magnificent.full of cheese.served hot as it should be
staff were friendly too and prices are quite reasonable
The best of the best I highly recommend, I've been to many sweet shops and in my opinion these are the best!
Good quality Lebanese pastries and sweets, I got the Znood el sit which is my favourite from the place.
Clean, friendly staff, good prices, and the best Lebanese sweets and cocktails I tasted and liked so far in Melbourne; I highly recommend it.
I strongly suggest any foreign travellers come this shop to taste the cakes or others desert. Beautiful shop n fantastic cakes and deserts.
Fantastic for authentic baklava and Lebanese sweets in general. Love visiting even just for the smell of fresh sweets
I don’t normally like Lebanese sweets as I find them dry. However, this place has many varieties of sweets from milk products to beverage. Kunefe or Knafeh was not my liking but I cannot penalise them due to my tastebuds.
They were very hospitable. When we were paying, even though we said we are not splitting, the helpful waitress insisted for their splitting the bill option. For my tradition, once a person owns up to pay, it should not be asked again. It was very stressful for me.
I loved their Sahlep (or Sahlab). I’ll go there before work to start the day with this beautiful drink.
Always lovely service!
Love the kenafe and zunood.
It would be awesome if they Do lebanese cocktails as well
The best fresh Lebanese sweets
People who works there they help a lot with beautiful smile on their faces
It's a good place and nice sweets but I don't recommend dinning in because you will pay triple the price of take away. You can save money if you do take away trust me.
Yum! Great hang out too for coffee and fresh delicious middle eastern sweets. Would be nice if they introduced cakes and other sweets too, but the range of Middle Eastern sweets they have is amazing.
No Arabic caffe available with sweets
Baklava was fine but waited for zinod al sit but never arrived
Best desert to try: "malokia". Like knefeh but with rose water, pistachio and vert moderate sweetness.
