Wow, what an awesome experience. I had a 75 minute facial treatment, it was a great experience. Staff are experienced and knowledgeable also able to answer any of my questions. Highly recommend.

I have been to many Aesop stores all around the world and this has to be one of the best in-store experiences. Incredible customer service - cup of tea/water on arrival, generous free samples, knowledgeable staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will be back next time I am in Melbourne!

Recently I was introduced to an exemplary customer experience. The customisation of products depending on your skin’s needs at a particular time are addressed proficiently and taught in store. I learnt new ways to use their product and the results second to none. Thank you for your assistance and usage guidance.

I called in the store today to buy some Christmas gifts. I was greeted by the lovely Sara! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. It was the first time I didn’t feel rushed in a store or pressured to buy anything. Thank you so much Sara for your time and expertise

Relaxing environment, amazing products you probably feel more welcomed and acknowledged if you are a regular in this particular store. Sadly couldn’t wait around to buy my usual soap, (that I couldn’t see on the shelf) hand and mouthwash.

I purchased my first ever Aesop shampoo from this store after covid-19 shut down and it was the best experience -even if I purchased from the street curb. I have been thinking about switching over for 6 months but wasn't able to justify the cost - and when the stores were shut down, I wanted to bring back an in-house treatment experience for myself. The girls gave me a sample pack to take home so I can have the conditioner and leave-in hair conditioner experience. I purchased the 500ML shampoo and didn't know which conditioner to buy. Thanks girls, will come back soon for the conditioner:) :) :)

I had a facial here and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I was politely greeted, served a nice warm drink while I was filling out my form. Then I was welcomed by Lisa who took time to chat to me about my skin. The treatment itself was amazing - a comfy bed in a relaxing setting with a session that didn’t seem to end (I mean that in a good way). Thank you!

One of the most proactive Aesop stores that I've visited.

The staff are super friendly, calm, professional and efficient. With their help, I was able to find exactly what I wanted even when I didn't know exactly what it was when I walked in.

The store is light filled and has a nice vibe to it that shopping centre based stores doesn't quite achieve. Everything is very neat, facing forward and picture perfect.

Parking was also easy so will definitely come back!

Very lovely staff who were attentive and patient. Very good customer service too, serving tea even as u browse. Get the resurrection hand wash and hand balm set at only $133 - it’s a steal!

Aesop is hands down the best of the best when it comes to quality and service. Will always support this brand. And this store is my absolute FAVOURITE - across all Aussie cities and internationally too.

I'm not very good at skin care, and going in to stores like this generally make my quite anxious and uncomfortable, but the lady I spoke to was lovely and made me feel at ease. She wasn't pushy, and was very informative, and the products she suggested have already helped my dry skin where other products I've previously used haven't made any difference at all. I'm very happy!

Do you know what the bottles are for if you are a tourist?

Would Aesop accept lesser profits through failing to attract more customers?

Would a simple low cost sign affect the class and ambience of the store vs the potential to bring in profits to increase the management and employees salaries?

Would love to see a sign that clearly communicate to passer bys what the bottles are for.
