Aesop QV

I went to the store and looked at the Geranium body scrub. Joseph was nice and even gave me water. I bought a geranium body balm, and Joseph sprayed a Tacit perfume on my pouch because I loved the Geranium scent. It was a great day thanks to Joseph.

The staff, a blonde woman wearing glasses, was very friendly.
Because it was morning, there were no customers.
He held my hand and applied lotion to the back of my hand.
Aesop gave me water ^^
He explained things well and gave me a list of Korean words to look at~

Aesop Emporium set the bar. Aesop QV served me cold tea, took my details without telling me what for, looked blankly at me when the transaction was finalised and I awkwardly asked him if it was all good. He didn't give me a bag, so I had to ask for one despite making it known I was purchasing the item as a gift. It was strange thinking I was meant to grab my $50 item from the counter without a bag.

Just a very strange and distasteful experience.

Absolutely superb experience. Alana looked after me in the most genuine way. Loved the herbal tea. The gift recipient was so happy with their ‘departure ‘presentation box.

Great shopping experience today in QV with the very friendly and knowledgeable team member, Olivia. Really enjoyed chatting about the various perfumes, balms and incense and she introduced me to some gorgeous new scents. I can't wait to try my new products, thanks Olivia and QV team!

I stopped by the QV store recently to purchase a farewell gift for a colleague of mine, I was greeted by Andrew, I told him what I was looking for and he suggested several products that he felt would be suitable - noting that he could package them together for better gifting, much appreciated. He took his time to explain the products and how they tied in together, along with this offering some choice skincare sachets for my recipient. As is usual, my visit to Aesop QV was flawless and the store was immaculate. Thank you for your time Andrew, it was greatly appreciated.

Just a Beautiful experience from start to finish from the moment you walk in there is a lovely aroma in the air the staff are ver attentive and kind and soft spoken with plenty of knowlage and honesty you can walk out of the shop realising that service comes very far and few with absolutely exceptional service from each and every member who works there:) See you soon

I consistently enjoy the experience of going into Aesop. The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Today Shayne in the QV store assisted me whilst I was shopping for a gift, and further helped me pick out a deodorant for myself and also a perfume for myself. Very impressed with his patience and knowledge on not only the Aesop products, but skincare as a whole! Thank you, Shayne and the Aesop QV team

A good experience here, the service was excellent.
The clerk was quite patient answering our questions.

First of all, this shop is not inside QV. Its accessible both from Longsdale St and Swanston St. The store sign is not big enough hence, easy to miss. The staff, Nicky was extremely helpful and patient enough to answer all my queries. She has offered me couple of samples to try as well. Well maintained store and great products. Would love to go back and try more products soon. Good work. Cheers.

Very impressed with Aesop QV store. Super layout, product placement so interesting. Visited from out of town last Saturday and was greeted by IsobelG "Bella" How good was she? Super knowledgable, so kind & patient! After a warming cup of tea I chose a lovely assortment of goodies to be mailed off to my darling son. I'm sure he will be delighted with what was chosen.
