As per usual in Aēsop the service was fantastic, big thanks to Teresa who helped who was welcoming friendly and made sure I found the perfect product to help my skin deal with my job! Goes without saying the products are fantastic but her assistance and knowledge really made my day.

Immaculate service, great products and knowledgable staff. Lachlan is really helpful and friendly and made some valuable recommendations. I am enjoying my products and I look forward to try more in the future. Don’t hesitate to try the tea they offer it’s really good and will compliment your experience.

Stylish shop for high quality skincare products. The staff member was really courteous and helpful to me. I appreciate the Aesop brand since many years now and I never was disappointed. This time I bought a body balm and received a few samples as well.

It was my first time visiting Aesop today, and I ended up visiting twice! Harrison served me and he is the most lovely human! He helped me with finding a hand cream, hair serum, and fragrance (with plenty of samples too!). He is really knowledgeable about each product, but most of all, he’s very patient, genuine, kind-hearted and caring. I was able to leave with products I really love. Really recommend visiting this store!:)

Popped in just to check out the interior design but ended up having an amazing experience and bought the AESOP book and the herbal deodorant. Apart from the cool interior design and amazing smell of the products the staff (special mention to Harrison) are passionate and knowledgeable about the brand. Left the store and Melbourne with a smile and charged with positive energy. Thank you very much!

I went here on 09/04 in the afternoon to get a going away gift for my friend and one of the short hair female staff treated me so nicely! She conveyed a very calming vibe which I love. I told her my friend's skin concern and she recommended a facial cream suitable for sensitive dry skin. She offered free samples and a card for me to write on. She also offered for me to try one of Aesop's rose parfum. She didn't have to do this but she went an extra mile in her customer service and I walked away feeling extremely happy and my day was made!

It can be quite rare these days to experience such incredible customer service, however, we were blown away today by the charm, and red carpet treatment provided to us by a genuinely wonderful customer service rep at the Aesop store at the Carlow House today.

It was a pleasure being served there today, and we will be back for sure.

I visit Aesop around the world and the service received here is one of the most memorable I've encountered. Being home base in Melbourne, it was nice to deal with the staff and get some nice recommendations. Well done.

Best service received in Melbourne. After helping us with the right products.the staff went on chatting us about our trip and offered to recommend a few places for drink and food. He even write down the names of the places on a little card and also gave us a big tote bag to carry the purchased. The staff deserves a star rating on the splendid customer service.
