Another beautiful location by Aesop. Each boutique is so unique. We have been well welcomed and guided within this one.

Actually I dropped by here to just browse some stuff. And then I ended up buying some body cream. Cuz their service was incredibly good.
You should definitely go here. You will end up buying many stuff haha

Really good customer service. My perfume was sold to me by the most interesting salesperson I’ve ever met and they were really nice. They explained every product and I felt welcomed, thanks for the nice afternoon experience.

Beautiful products. Incredibly rude staff member. Didn’t even acknowledge me when I entered the store, there was one other customer and he focused all his attention on them. A “ill be with you one moment” would’ve sufficed but I was totally ignored.

My skin has felt so amazing since using aesop. Loved the brilliant service who helped me pick out the items to suit my skin.

I just got off the phone with Nick and he was one of the most helpful and kind members of staff I have ever come across in my shopping experience. He helped me with sorting a product exchange in the most polite manner. Honestly fantastic service!

Aesop is surely one of the most refined and discerning natural product ranges, with luxurious, subtle but authentic deodorants, bodywashes, fragrances. Consistently hard-to-beat in quality and deliciousness.

Convenient for restocking but I always feel reluctant to enter the store. Staff are knowledgeable but intense and always looking to up sell. The austere decor may be on brand but it feels so grim! I also find the staff member walking you to the door really weird. Why a customer needs to be escorted out of the store is beyond me.

I am so often blown away by how lovely and wonderful the amazing staff are at this particular Aesop store and more generally all Aesop stores.

Old school customer service. Pity I can't say the same about the two hipster record stores I visited where the people behind the counter had no idea.
