Had a really great time trying the soap and creams here. Going to get the SPF50 face cream that’s only available in Australia! Sebastian was super friendly and helpful!

Ryan introduced all the products we wanted to know about very clearly, and his service attitude was very dedicated. It is rare to encounter such a serious salesperson in Taiwan.
After learning that we were traveling in Melbourne, they also provided some samples that we were interested in for us to try. The entire consumption experience can only be rewarded with five stars. Thank you very much Ryan for his service!

I love Aesop products. This time round I was attended by Kei. His service has definitely stood out among all the other staffs. Brad and the team at the Emporium store were so excited to work and give me the full experience! I normally go to Myer Aseop, they always offer me some samples I'd to try.today I went to Aseop Emporium, it wasn't that busy and I have to wait to paid and I got two things the guy didn't offer me any sample. And I brought a facial cleanser he didn't even ask me if I need a pump. When I got home I realised there is no pump inside how am I go8 use it? !?

I visited aesop at emporium with my sister this afternoon without expecting to buy anything.we were served by angelique (apologies if we've gotten the spelling wrong) who immediately gave us a warm welcome with tea.she gave us space to browse, then made strong recommendations when we did approach her.she learnt that we were visiting from overseas and immediately offered us samples for our skin that isn't used to melbourne's dry cold.from the minute we stepped in till we walked out, angelique was with us through our customer journey in the best way possible.thank you for the excellent service and i hope this message reaches you!

I pefer this store compared to Chadstone and Armadale. Design of the store is simplistic and stylish. Fantastic service and products.

November 13,2021 I went to buy five items. I trusted the staff did not look at the date carefully, but today I found that three of them were products from April and May 2019. Two of May 2020. Even if a product can be stored for 2-3 years, it is obvious that these products are only valid for half a year. And after I said I was going to other countries. I think this store have some staff ，If I didn't change it today, I would use the expired product. Don’t be a staff if you are not good at maths，2021-2019=2 ok？ recommended to go to elementary school.
