Received the best customer person by the most lovely and thoughtful worker at this store. Did not get her name but she had a beautiful smile and wore very cute glasses. She was the most friendliest staff member I have ever encountered at a retail store. She made my shopping experience at Aesop the most pleasant one yet! Came out of the store happy and feeling great. Really positive retail service, Renee went through every fragrance, explaining the scents combined with some beautiful imagery about each one. Was a really pleasant and welcoming experience.

Went to the shop today for the first time. Wanted to know more about the products. Unfortunately, 3 staffs were chatting and laughing, not even acknowledge or greeting when the store is empty, just myself. And later 1 staff walk into the store room. When I left, also no acknowledgement. I'm like a phantom walk in and out. Worst retail experience ever.

Pleasant store, professional service, nice tea. Went there to get their body wash and body balm (which are great), was given few samples of their skincare products. High quality skincare, but too much fragances. But it may work for some people.

Awesome products but very poor customer service on boxing day. I was looking for a night mask and the sales girl wasn't giving any recommendations and she just asked me: "Which one do you want? ". If I knew with mask I wanted why would I approach her in the first place? I wanted the volumising conditioner and she brought the product right to the counter without a word. I had to ask if I could try the product when they should have been offering me a tester. The service used to be really good and the workers really nice. Maybe they need some training when it comes to manners. The workers are chatting in a group instead of serving the customers. The management team should really check the workers working at Aesop Chadstone, the ones there in the evening on boxing day.

Beautiful experience and I was able to nerd up with a sales lady skincare expert and really made this lazy gal excited about cleansing! Wonderful in store experience
