Loved seeing Leila for my digestion issues, she came up with a detail plan which I committed to and saw results over time. We got to the bottom of a lot of issues her knowledge is phenomenal about the gut. I loved that Leila can incorporate Reiki also into your appointments which help relieve any stress and emotions that are there which all help you understand youself a lot more and make your sessions a complexte holistic approach. Wonderful modern naturopathic practise using the latest technology and ancient practises together. X

I highly recommend booking in with Ambre for a shiatsu appointment. I had such a wonderful experience with her as my practitioner. Ambre was very kind, attentive, nurturing and knowledgeable. She was very warm and inviting during my appointment, always acknowledging my concerns with care and guiding me through her recommended course of treatment. I left feeling very relaxed and centred when my appointment was done. The treatment space is also very beautiful and relaxing and I easily found parking out the front.

I've been seeing Tara Neyland and cannot recommend her more highly! It is evident Tara cares deeply about her practice and knowledge as an Osteopath. I have been seeing Tara for pelvic pain and she has communicated well with my other care providers. I always feel very nurtured after leaving an appointment, and Tara is very generous with her time.

Wanted to leave a shout-out here for Dr Tara Neyland. Tara has been helping me recover from a neck injury and in my return to fitness. Throughout the process I've consistently left my appointments feeling lighter in both body and mind.

There's no doubt Tara is an expert in her field from a physical perspective. The treatments are always spot-on and somehow Tara is able to identify any problematic areas and help to improve them - related to my specific injury or otherwise.

What I wasn't expecting was the mental assistance that Tara also provides. Recovering from an injury can be challenging and Tara is more than happy to listen and reflect on the journey - judgement free. Tara then offers helpful advice and perspective.

I'd not hesitate in recommending Tara to anyone who is looking for a bit of assistance. Injury not required!

Had my third session for neck and lower back pain with Tara today and I am very impressed by my improvement in such a short time. I really like how she iterates through a cycle of careful listening-examining-treatment-examining every session. And unlike my previous experiences with phsio/chiro/osteo, I don't leave the place feeling something more could be done!

I was introduced to Georgie and Aēsara through a friend and instantly felt at home in both the environment and with Georgie.
Aēsara is a modern, clean and quiet space tucked away from High Street with a minimal but comfortable environment that puts you at ease and away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne (well, that is until Georgie goes to work on you, then the hustle and bustle doesn’t seem so bad).
Highly recommended. Will be back when I’m back in Melbourne and things open up.

Highly recommend the pregnancy remedial massage with Georgie. Georgie is knowledgeable, thorough and holistic in her approach, and is warm and caring, which is especially important when it comes to pregnant clients. I left the appointment feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The Aēsara Health space is gorgeous too.

It's a mix of complete relaxation and delicious pain. Her knowledge of anatomy is exquisite. Georgie knows exactly what my body needs, I'm always so sad when my massage is over!

The massage itself was great and really helped with my back pain. Georgie, a remedial massage therapist at Aesara, has literally changed my life! Before seeing Georgie I suffered from regular back pain, but it has subsided substantially since getting regular massages.
