First of all, I should say all the consultant and agents at AECC Global in Melbourne were outstanding professional, supportive and genuinely kind and I highly recommend them. Second, I have to specially thank Gurpreet and Meenakshi who have been super patient with me, answered all my afterhours calls and always were there to address my questions. My case was a bit complicated, and during lockdown in Melbourne, I was not sure how to put my application together but Meenakshi handed my COE in literally less than 3 days which to me seemed to be almost unbelievable and Gurpreet, on the other hand, went above and beyond to sort out everything just on time before my visa expiration to help me to stay lawfully in Australia.
